Waterfront lake cottage perfect for a peaceful, fun getaway. Located about 1 hour and 15 minutes from the DFW area. This is a perfect cottage for your family retreat. Large front yard that is shaded with a circular driveway and plenty of parking. It is a 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath house.
Both bedrooms are upstairs with a full bath with a walk in shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and a crib, another bedroom has a queen bed and a bunkbed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. There is a TV in every room and a DVD player both downstairs and upstairs.
There are ceiling fans in every room as well. Linens and towels are provided. Downstairs there is a full kitchen and large dining table that seats 8. Full size refrigerator, stove and microwave and full set of kitchen supplies (coffee maker, pots, pans and dishes).
There is a leather sectional that makes out into a full size bed and a 1/2 bath downstairs as well. This cottage has full size wraparound porches in the front and back with ample rocking chairs. There is a also a gas grill on the back porch with multiple decks facing the lake and a dining table to enjoy lakeside meals.
There is an abundance of trees around and so the house stays shaded almost all day. It is about 30 rock steps down to the lake with a ramp and a 2 story boat dock that is covered with a dining table and swing. A great place to fish and relax. The marina is right around the corner for boat rentals as well as a small market with fishing supplies and guides.
