Take a short drive to Balboa Village and hop the ferry to Balboa Island with its quaint Main Street shops. Bicycle along the boardwalk to Newport Pier and and on to Balboa Pier or visit the legendary surfing spot at Peninsula Point. So many things to do -

My husband and I have vacationed in Newport Beach over the winter holidays for several years. We are familiar with the area, and listings of available beach houses. This was the first time we rented from the Chambers, but it will not be the last. The home was immaculate and decorated with good taste. The linens looked new and fresh, and everything looked scrubbed clean. The thoughtful welcoming basket with treats, and attention to details were all appreciated. The house is ideally situated across the streets from restaurants,shops,etc. and the ocean is on the corner. They reserved a parking place for us out front on 31st street where it is hard to find parking at any hour. The Chambers were not intrusive, but were available to answer any questions and to suggest local events happening that week. We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the beach and look forward to renting the house again for another get-away in the near future. It is difficult to find a rental beach home that is in immaculate conditon so we both give them a AAA+ rating.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

I always say' this house choose us' it was meant to be-The house is located on the property where the 'old red car' used to turn around. It is on almost two lots and was the residence of the builder who built many homes in the area. This Hollywood-Regency style home is very large and has a unique floor plan-with lots of parking (rare for the beach).
