I always say" this house choose us" it was meant to be-The house is located on the property where the "old red car" used to turn around. It is on almost two lots and was the residence of the builder who built many homes in the area. This Hollywood-Regency style home is very large and has a unique floor plan-with lots of parking (rare for the beach).
