This beautiful 3500 square foot unit (109 Mission Hills Drive) has a spacious open floor plan and is beautifully decorated. The gorgeous mountain and golf course views are stunning. We offer the best value in Mission Hills. There is a TV in every bedroom and a 40' flat screen in the family room.
This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo/home is located in Mission Hills Country Club on the 3rd fairway of the famous Dinah Shore golf course. Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage is the home of the Women's PGA Kraft Nabisco Championship(formerly known as the Dinah Shore Classic). The tournament is played on the Dinah Shore course just outside our house. There is a lovely pool and hot tub just steps away. The famous Mission Hills Country Club with its golf, tennis and health club and spa is minutes away. In the master bedroom there is a king bed, with separate luxurious dressing room and bathroom with double vanity.
This house comes fully equipped and ready to use. It has lots of space and closets galore! The master and the second bedroom both have king beds and private baths. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom next to it that can be used as a guest bathroom just off the entrance to the house. All the bedrooms have a TV with cable and either a VCR or DVD player.
There is a full living room and a separate family room with flat panel TV and sofa bed for additional sleeping. Every room, except the kitchen has sliding glass doors to take full advantage of the gorgeous surrounds and views and for indoor/outdoor living. There is a beautiful courtyard in the front and a patio in the back overlooking the golf course, both are nice for entertaining and outdoor dining.
There is a 2 car detached garage a short walk from the unit.

The condo was beautiful and very comfortable and was just as is advertised. Although there were only two couples who ended up staying at the home, there was plenty of room for another couple or even two more. We especially loved the sitting room/family room off the kitchen; it was very cozy. Everything was spotless and well equipped on our arrival. The extra touches of lotions, soft soaps and bath oils were much appreciated. All the arrangements, both booking and upon arrival and departure, were fast and easy. Communications with the owner have been very quick. It has been a pleasure to work with all involved, both owner and property manager. Thank-you for a lovely stay and we hope to be able to enjoy your desert home again on a future visit to Rancho Mirage!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This house was amazing. We had 7 women staying here and we had loads of space. The place was spotless and had all the amenities you could need. The tennis tournament was at Mission Hills C. C. so we were minutes away! Couldn't get over the beauty of the mountains and golf course. Thanks so much! Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The house and surroundings exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house is convenient, the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, and the complex is impeccably maintained. Other than a few days of rain, we had a wonderful time. Spaciousness of the home allowed the four of us to spread out for reading, naps, etc and come together for games, TV, cooking. Pool was cold til they started heating it after Nov.1. Very private. Plenty of towels and soap. Showers were great. Was fun watching golfers right outside our TV room window. Location was close enough for grocery shopping and access to the 10 and 111 was pretty easy. We like Native Foods in Palm Springs and The Yard in Palm Desert, as well as the Sunshine Cafe in Cathedral City and date shakes out at the Windmill Market. Couldn't find a dust pan and brush, but managed. We entertained friends several times and the backyard patio was very nice for that. Great place....Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We were very happy with our recent stay in Mission Hills. The description of the property was quite accurate, the location was excellent, the house was clean, the owner offered great information and was prompt in all her dealings, the Property Manager was accommodating and easily reached. The pictures were a great help and true to form. The owner also provided us with a list of various attractions and restaurants in the area which proved to be very helpful. We have already recommended this location to a family member and to a friend. A comfortable, spacious, well-equipped house with excellent patio facilites on the ground. A lovely pool within 50 yards of the house. Extremely easy to organise the rental and Jan, the local host, was very friendly and helpful to ensure our stay was trouble-free. I'm very glad we chose this rental and hope to use it again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children.

We loved this house, very clean, specious, great patio. The patio is right on the golf cort area which is very beautiful and relaxing. The owner is very nice and helpful. I took my family for a much needed vacation to Palm Springs. We found this house on VRBO and thought it was a good price and decided to book it. We fell in love with Mission HIlls and this great house. It had lots of room for us to spread out and it was right on the golf course. The kids ran back and forth to the pool and to the lake to feed the ducks. The location is great - lots of stores and restaurants close by. Very comfortable and a lovely home. Why the Owner Chose Mission Hills Country Club:
We bought this house for my grandparents. The loved the warm weather - it was great for their arthritis. They would spend the winters here and invite friends. They played golf every day and swam laps in the pool in the afternoon. Now they have passed away and we want to keep the house but we can never seem to make it out to California. We decided to rent the house so we can keep it in the family.
