Good Time Was Had By All

Other than a few days of rain, we had a wonderful time. Spaciousness of the home allowed the four of us to spread out for reading, naps, etc and come together for games, TV, cooking. Pool was cold til they started heating it after Nov.1. Very private. Plenty of towels and soap. Showers were great. Was fun watching golfers right outside our TV room window. Location was close enough for grocery shopping and access to the 10 and 111 was pretty easy. We like Native Foods in Palm Springs and The Yard in Palm Desert, as well as the Sunshine Cafe in Cathedral City and date shakes out at the Windmill Market. Couldn't find a dust pan and brush, but managed. We entertained friends several times and the backyard patio was very nice for that. Great place....

Great house in Mission Hills

We were very happy with our recent stay in Mission Hills. The description of the property was quite accurate, the location was excellent, the house was clean, the owner offered great information and was prompt in all her dealings, the Property Manager was accommodating and easily reached. The pictures were a great help and true to form. The owner also provided us with a list of various attractions and restaurants in the area which proved to be very helpful. We have already recommended this location to a family member and to a friend. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful 4-day weekend with our adult children.

Superb House

A comfortable, spacious, well-equipped house with excellent patio facilites on the ground. A lovely pool within 50 yards of the house. Extremely easy to organise the rental and Jan, the local host, was very friendly and helpful to ensure our stay was trouble-free. I'm very glad we chose this rental and hope to use it again.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay. The house and surroundings exceeded our expectations. The layout of the house is convenient, the kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped, and the complex is impeccably maintained. The owner and local contact person promptly responded to all our requests. We hope to make this an annual trip!

We loved this house, very clean, specious, great patio. The patio is right on the golf cort area which is very beautiful and relaxing. The owner is very nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend to all my friends. Thank you!

This house is wonderful. Very clean and has all the amenities we could hope for. A super value. The locaiton on the golf course is beautiful. We didn't golf here but loved watching the golfers go by. There are two pools just a few steps from the back patio. We enjoyed many meals on our porch. Citrus trees everywhere. Overall a lovely home. You can't go wrong here.

I took my family for a much needed vacation to Palm Springs. We found this house on VRBO and thought it was a good price and decided to book it. We fell in love with Mission HIlls and this great house. It had lots of room for us to spread out and it was right on the golf course. The kids ran back and forth to the pool and to the lake to feed the ducks. The location is great - lots of stores and restaurants close by. Very comfortable and a lovely home. We highly recommend this house.

A Dream Getaway!!!

A Dream getaway!! This is a wonderful house that is full of everything that you would need to have a wonderful vacation. All you need is family, friends and food cause EVERYTHING else is taken care of. The house is beautiful and very clean. It has recreational activities near by as well as great restaurants and shopping. We brought our two little kids with us and swam at all the different pools located around the house and had a blast. I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone.

A fabulously appointed home with a complete kitchen, nice furnishings and an amazing location. The golf, pool and tennis are right outside the door. Terrific restaurants and shopping are nearby. We loved the well-equipped kitchen for preparing breakfasts at home and the occasional dinner when we didn't want to go out. The property is exceptionally well maintained.

My wife and I stayed in this lovely three bedroom condo for six weeks 2009 - 2010. First observation was how very clean and tidy it was. Our second observation is how well laid out the condo is, plus well supplied towels, linens, shampoo etc. The owner is so very accomodating and willing to help in any way. We requested help finding a pack and play for our 9 month old grandson and they accomodated our wish! the unit is quiet and very private. We will recommend this to friends who require a three bedroom unit. The other added bonus is the location in Misson Hills.

The home is wonderful! Very spacious, cool and comfortable. The location is perfect and the tennis facility is excellent. We found it easy to obtain court time and lessons with a variety of pros. There are countless golf courses nearby with t-times available.

My wife and I have stayed at this house for the last years during the month of March. The house is centrally located in Palm Springs with easy access to old downtown or the new shopping districts. The back of the house faces a fairway on the golf course and has great views and with a large patio that is far enough away from the course that you don't have to worry about stray golf balls. All the rooms in the house are very large, including a huge living room in the center of the house. The kitchen is also large with plenty of space to enjoy cooking, if you so choose. We stayed with two other couples at the house, with plenty of room for all of us and the bedrooms separated to the corners of the house so you don't feel on top of each other at all. I would highly recommend this place for a short-term vacation or long-term stay. It is a great place!

I have been staying at this property for several years. The location of the property is just perfect. The house is always spotless and has a very comfortable feel to it. From inside the home there are beautiful sweeping views of the golf course. The bedrooms each flank out from the living room which is a perfect place for entertaing. They have a delightful patio with a gas grill for grilling at night and enjoying a glass of wine. I went with friends but this would be a perfect getaway for a family with children. Great restaurants and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive. You wont be dissapointed.
