This contemporary cape is nestled in 5 wooded acres with resident fox, roaming wild turkey and red-tailed hawk. Set back off one of the prettiest roads in Gardiner with seasonal views of the Shawangunk ridge, even if you don't make it to Minnewaska State Park (Lake Minnewaska pictured in phots), you can still enjoy the hike down the driveway!
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms with queen beds to sleep 6+ and 2 full baths -the private master bedroom has it's own shower and whirlpool tub. The kitchen is equipped with all new stainless appliances and an antique farmhouse table that seats 8 for dining. There is HDTV, hi-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, plus free US calling.
For larger groups, add the upstairs apartment with it's beautiful bamboo floors and central air. There is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom in addition to a large studio space with a second TV and kitchenette. Use the studio daybed/trundle, which also serves as a couch, for your 9th and 10th guests.
Long-term SHARE would be considered.
