Steps (not many) from the beautiful white sands of 'The World's Most Famous Beach' This beach house comes complete, ready to enjoy your vacation, as we have many times with a fully furnished kitchen. TVs in all bedrooms, DVD/CD player, Stereo, Sofa bed, pull out bed in Florida room, one car garage w/opener for all those motorcycles and beach toys. You are just minutes from Daytona Airport, Daytona Speedway, Daytona USA, Daytona Harley, Main Street, fishing pier, numerous golf courses, the list goes on. The fenced in back yard with patio and grill is a great place to relax and chill and take in the day or night as is the front porch. Ormond Beach, blocks away from everything you would ever want!

This house is well decorated for that home away from home comfort. Easy access to all Bike Week, Turkey Rod Run (5 blocks from BelAire Plaza), BiketoberFest events. Also easy access to Daytona International Speedway. The perfect location for all the Central Florida attractions. Orlando, Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios are all just a short 60 minute drive on I4 as is Orlando International Airport. Jacksonville is about 90 miles north on I95. Don't forget Florida's historic city of St. Augustine 45 minutes north on scenic ocean side A1A. Couple blocks from BelAire Plaza (home of the Turkey Rod Run). There are many great restaurants, shops, miniature golf courses all within walking distance.

Year Purchased: 1998
Born in Seattle, Washington. Moved to Pittsburgh, Pa in 1960 at the age of four and have been there ever since. YES, Pittsburgh "The City of Champions" (again). Self-employed as a Gasoline Service Station operator for 34 years. Our children are grown and gone and now starting on the next generation. Let the real fun begin.
My first trip to Daytona Beach was in 1984 for the Daytona 500. That's when it happened. Have been going there since, several times a year. When my son decided to go to Embry-Riddle in Daytona that was fine by me. More excuses to go more often. Bought the house in 1998 and I think it became a tempory "frat house". Still haven't heard all the stories and probably don't. We love it there and can't wait to retire to stay longer. For now we 'll just have to make our 3 or 4 trips a year.
Have many interests: Motorhome Camping, Motorcycles, Custom Cars, Motorsports Gardening, Grandchildren, and spend most of my time WORKING (Hope to change that soon).

The Unique Benefits of this House
Location,Location,Location... Located in a nice single family neighborhood, right off A1A. Beach access at the A1A crossing with bathrooms, showers, etc. Plenty of fine reataurants and shopping all within walking distance, Beach is about 200 yards from front door. No funner Beach in the world!
There is some pretty good nightlife also.
