Our gorgeous custom 4500 square foot home is fully furnished and beautifully decorated with expansive floor to ceiling windows with uninterrupted views of Mt. Sopris. The 4 large bedrooms all have King Beds and each has its own designer bathroom. The Gourmet Kitchen includes Granite, Subzero and Wolf appliances. The living room, dining room and kitchen are open concept and the room contains hard wood floors and a gas fireplace.
The home has four levels allowing for plenty of privacy for a large family or gathering of friends. The top floor contains 3 large bedrooms all with King Size beds and their own bathrooms. The Master includes its own Fireplace. There is also an office and a half bath.
The second level is the great room and contains the Living Room, Dining Room and Gourmet Chefs Kitchen all looking out to stunning Mt. Sopris. This level leads to the huge 900 sf deck and patio area where you will find a gas barbeque grill and an outdoor firepit.
The third level contains the large family room and the fourth bedroom, again with King Size bed and bathroom. The fourth level contains the huge Game room with Pool Table and Bar and finally a separate Media/Home Theatre room. There is also a Heated 2 car Garage.
25 minutes from 4 World Class ski reports, Aspen Mountain, Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk. Conveniently located mid valley, close to the small mountain towns of Carbondale, Basalt and Glenwood Springs home to the world famous Hot Springs Pools. Close to shopping and fabulous restaurants.
