East Hawaii has the most picturesque sceneries. The majestic black sand beach of Waipio Valley, the stunning 150-foot water fall of Akaka Falls, Onomea Scenic Drive and Botanical Garden walking tour, dozen of photo ops of water falls and verdant gulches. The Hilo Farmer’s Market and the Aloha spirit of Hilo's historic town is a must! Puna Geothermal hot ponds the Volcano National Park are only a little over an hour's drive away.
The home has three uncommonly spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. There are queen size beds in each room, a king in the living room, plus two twins. Each room has a private entrance off the lanai and comes with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.
The home is a melody of hard woods and high ceilings imparting a gracious atmosphere. The home and setting are ideal for therapeutic retreats, family getaways, and educational symposiums. The living and dining areas can be easily rearranged for conference style or small group settings.

Home and grounds were designed by owner E.W. Hedemann Jr., retired landscape architect and horticulturist. Constructed in 1984, his home portrays the gracious and welcoming Aloha living, everyone knew him to be. His children now maintain the home in honor of their parent's kind and generous spirit.
