The reason to buy this condominium was for its location, the views, close to every thing & great road access. The building is quite & well maintained, it has security, assigned garage parking space, amenities, pool area and the size of the unit. Very close to a liquor/convenience store and Lincoln Mall, Heart of South Beach and boat rental place.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Very comfortable & relaxing stay, but at the same time close to the night life of clubs, theaters, restaurants, etc.
