It’s usually people who restore houses, but this house will restore you. It all begins when you turn into the quiet, modern, upscale housing development of Dune Crest. Stand for a moment in the driveway as a gentle ocean breeze begins to calm your nerves and you’ll soon realize that you have arrived somewhere special. The three-story, stone-pillared house before you looks like a small, modern castle.
As you step into the entryway, your eyes follow the small, winding wood-and-wrought iron stairway to the cathedral ceiling above. Walk into the living room with large stone fireplace and the word “majestic” comes to mind. The beautiful hardwood floors, deck surrounded by pine trees, open kitchen, and bright, sunny sitting room gives you the feeling that you have come home.
Upstairs, you can sit up in bed and watch the ocean, soak in the large, sunken, jetted bath tub, or simply relax on the small deck off the master bedroom. On the bottom floor, you can play foosball, ping pong and air hockey.
Once you enter this four-bedroom, three-bathroom home, you will feel like you have found the oasis you have been yearning for and you will never want to leave.
Description of the house:
A Dunecrest Pearl is a three story, ocean view home with four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 bunk bed and 1 queen hide-a-bed in great room) and three bathrooms. It sits on a private residential street just a short walk to the beach and three miles from downtown Long Beach, WA.
The top floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, private master bathroom and ocean view balcony. The second bedroom has a bunk bed (twin mattress on top, double mattress on lower) and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There is a second common bathroom on this floor.
The Second floor has a great room with queen hide-a-bed, living room, dining room, kitchen, rear deck, bathroom, laundry room, and a bedroom with a queen bed.
The ground floor has a garage converted to a recreation room with foosball, ping pong, air hockey and a seating area.

We “girls” all had a wonderful time! The weather was fabulous for this time of year. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the Long Beach Peninsula. My friends haven’t been here before, but I lived here for a short time with my husband about 35 years ago. Your house is certainly more elegant and comfortable than the old beach cabin we lived in then! Anyway, the beach walks and sunsets were breath taking. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!! We will definitely be back again.

It’s absolutely breath taking! You are so lucky to have this amazing house. My girls loved playing with the dolls in their room and my preteen loved been able to have her own room. We were sad when we realized we had so little time, and my 5 year old cried!! Any way, we simply adored it! Had fun playing Ping Pong, we sure did!!

What a fantastic trip we had! We got to meet up with our college roommates, some of whom we haven’t seen for years. We explored the town, played at the beach, had ping pong tournaments and hiked to the lighthouse. Every night we would put the kids to bed and stayed up talking and playing games until 2 or 3 a.m. We made amazing memories. We’re hoping to make this an annual vacation to Long Beach! Thank you!!

A Dunecrest Pearl is co-owned by cousins Darren and Scott Byman. Both Darren and Scott grew up in the scenic Pacific Northwest and have developed a love for the great outdoors and natures’ beauty. With great ambition, they have purchased this beautiful new vacation rental to enjoy with their friends and family and to offer a relaxing environment for someone wanting a breath of fresh air. Kristen, Darren’s wife, has filled the house with warmth, comfort and style in mind. The Washington coast provided many wonderful childhood memories for Scott and Darren; they wanted to make these memories possible for other families and their loved ones as well. Darren, Scott and their family appreciate any suggestions you may have and will go the extra mile to fulfill every reasonable requests for your next visit!
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home is large, has a wonderful ocean view, is brand new, and is beautifully furnished. We converted the garage into a recreation room for kids with ping pong, air hockey, foosball and a nice seating area. Great fun for the whole family.

The house was everything they said it was. It was open and large, great for a large group. It was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was so nice and very quiet. Our only complaint was the hide a bed was not comfortable at all!!! We all enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to another.

This is the best vacation we have ever had as a family. The house has everything we could have ever wanted. The kitchen and all of its accessories were outstanding and of course the jetted tub was appreciated by all. We loved having all of the creature comforts of home in the most beautiful surroundings. The proximity to Long Beach was perfect. The family has decided that they would like to make this home or one of your other rentals a yearly destination. I would definately recommend this house to everyone.

We had a fabulous time at the DuneCrest Pearl, even considering the tsunami warning that went out the morning after our arrival. The neighbor came by at midnight to warn us that there had been a warning issued. We stayed up all night the first night waiting to hear how bad it could be, only to be reassured the following morning that all was well. The rest of our stay was uneventful and completely relaxing in this beautiful home. It had everything we needed and then some! Thank you so much for such a great weekend!
