Our 4 bedroom home, 2 bedrooms on the main floor and a separate 2 bedroom fully equipped basement suite, is located in a quiet, friendly, family-oriented neighborhood of Canmore, and can be rented in its entirety or the main floor and basement suite separately. Canmore is located one hour west of Calgary, 5km/2mi east of the Banff National Park entrance and fifteen minutes from the town of Banff.
The town of Canmore attracts visitors from around the world who come to enjoy the spectacular scenery and vast playground of the Canadian Rockies. Our home, built in 1997, has been renovated in 2009, including new furniture, a 42” HDTV, bedding and linens, gas fireplace and large deck and BBQ, with spectacular views of well known mountains, such as the Three Sisters, Lady McDonald and Mt. Grotto.
We are adjacent to hiking and biking trails, golfing and various other sports and activities. Trail and mountain-biking system begins near the house and playground located a ½ block away. Only a 15 minute walk to the Bow River and downtown Canmore.
There is also a 2 bedroom basement suite for rent or it can be combined with the main floor when available. Please contact us for rates and details to rent the basement suite or the whole house, depending on which unit you choose.

Rate Details (In Canadian Dollars)
Regular ..... $90/night .. $630/week, plus 5% GST tax;
Rates for basement suite or entire house are available upon request;
Minimum stay preferred - 1 week, will consider less;
A cleaning fee of $135 applies to stays less than 1 week;
We require a 50% deposit upon booking and balance upon arrival.

Why the Owner Chose Canmore
Living and working in Calgary has allowed us to play in the mountains for years and now finally purchase a place in the mountains. Canmore is a one hour's drive from Calgary and Calgary's international airport, and just at the entrance of Canada's most favorite National Park, Banff National Park. Our kids grew up skiing and snowboarding at Lake Louis and Sunshine ski areas in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. To now have our own place in Canmore is very special to us.
