The master suite features a King size bed, attached bath, walk in closet with a view of Lake Travis. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has a sleeper sofa. There's plenty of room for dining inside or outside on the covered balcony which has a view of Lake Travis and the hill country. It's a comfortable condo with plenty of room for you and your family or friends.
There's something for everyone at the Hollows Resort - swimming, boating, fishing, hiking, and biking! (Google the Hollows at Lake Travis for complete information about the amenities on site).
There are two BBQ and grilling areas at the Hollows, one at the Beach Club and another 1/8 of a mile from the unit. Kayaks are available for your use to tool around the lake area. The Beach Club amenities include three pools, two hot spa pools, gym, sand volley ball court, horseshoe pits, hammocks, and gas and BBQ grills. Many activities are scheduled for adults and kids depending on the day and time. I will send you more information upon request.

We had a wonderful time at the Hollows. This was our third time to visit. The Hollows is a great get-away. We love the pool area and all of the trails that are great for hiking and biking. We went kayaking twice and had a blast! The condo was great - much bigger than we thought and beautifully decorated! The owners had everything on hand that we needed - condiments, spices, foil, etc.! The view of the lake was beautiful and the proximity to the Beach club was very convenient.
Owner response:Great renters too. We have the condiments, foil and spices on hand but are not regularly stocked- we leave what we don't use. We do however stock enough shampoo, conditioner, detergents, soap, papertowels and toilet paper to get you started on the stay.

Had a really nice stay at this rental, accomadations were very nice. Would reccommend for a family of six and would be nice for couples or girls trip. The property is very well maintained, marina and pool area are very nice also. Our family had a great time at the Hollows.

Book Club Retreat

It's hard to please a bunch of women with strong personalities, but this condo suited everyone very well. We used it for our 10th anniversary book club retreat, and wanted lots of R&R. The condo is so peaceful, and the views are beautiful. Ample space for all of us, although parking is limited. Loved the Hilltop Smokehouse area, and we spent a lot of time at the beach club pool. Kids were there, but seemed to clear out in the afternoons. We were surprised at how good the restuarant is, and Megan, our server, was wonderful. Some of us went hiking -- the trails are fabulous -- and some went kayaking. Highly recommend as an easy place to get away with most of the amenities of a resort.

A terrific place to spend the long Memorial Day holiday with our family (2 adults+2 kids ages 7 and 5). Very well appointed, clean, well-maintained upscale unit. Owners were very responsive. Nice lake view from the unit but far enough away to be quiet. Nice sized porch where we ate breakfast almost every day. About a 15 minute drive from Easy Street Marina where we rented a boat for Saturday and picked up other family members at the Hollows Marina, also a short (5 min) drive from the unit. Spent almost every other waking moment at the beach club, which the kids loved, about a 2 min. drive from the unit. Service, food and drink at the beach club were good. Explored some of the hiking trails which were well groomed. Would recommend Dee Dee's tacos in Lago Vista for breakfast, about a 15 minute drive from the unit. There's also a small grocery store and CVS in Lago for any last minute items, no need to go all the way to the HEB/Super Target in Cedar Park if you don't want to. Would definitely rent again. Thanks for a great weekend.

The Hollows has fabulous views, nice pool area(unheated), large hot-tubs and well equipped fitness center. The condo has a nice view of the lake and there is a small, very quiet ranch across the street w/ heifers and calves that will appear from time to time. Some nearby convenience shopping/eating. Good donut store up the street: Lago Donuts. There is a nice boat rental/marina outside of the complex on Lake Travis called Easy Street. We enjoyed the lake, but steer way clear of Hippy Hollow if you don't want your kids to see people in various stages of undress sitting on the rock walls. We pulled our boat up next to Cafe Bleu for some great 'ritas and fajitas. Tip, make sure you stock up on food/drinks etc before you arrive. Driving back and forth on the long winding road in/out of the resort can get old fast. All in all it was a nice time and the scenery is wonderful and peaceful. A good escape from the hustle and bustle.
Owner response:I just want to clarify the Hippy Hollow (even though the name sounds related to the resort name The Hollows) is not at or near the resort. It is an area of the lake that can be reached by boat but is some distance away from The Hollows. I agree with Ad. to stock up before you come, we do. There is a store about a mile outside the resort at Lago Vista (which is where the donut shop she referred to) and there is a large HEB and Super Walmart if you come in on 1431 from HWY 183. We have more than ample pantry space as well as a spacious refrigerator/freezer for groceries.

This is a terrific place to stay. The condo is beautiful and well-kept and the owners were wonderful to deal with. They made sure we had what we needed to enjoy our trip. The countryside is gorgeous and the beach club is as well. Peaceful enough for the adults, but activities for the kids!
