Welcome! Our Bristol Harbour condo sits high on the cliffside in the Bristol Harbour Resort of Canandaigua Lake. For snow skiers/boarders Bristol Mtn is around the corner; about 10 minutes. The beach and swim dock is walking distance and the golf course is just up the hill. This 750 sq ft condo is newly remodeled; you will find everything you need for a long week on the lake. Almost everything is new from the Sony flat screen to the Corian countertops to the Stickley Audi furniture.
The kitchen boasts a large and inviting sitting island for five adults. With ample counter space, cooking full meals will be a snap. The bathroom vanity is separate from the shower area allowing for more space and activity.
The family room includes an oversized wood fire place, a sleeper/sofa, a day bed with a trundle and a wood table for board games or a laptop. Also in this room is the Sony flat screen, WII system, and HD DVD. A unique Marantz stereo system has speaker clients throughout the condo which plays an IPOD, radio and CDs. If quietness is your choice, then we have books of various genres located throughout.
The balcony off of the family room provides one of the greatest views of Canandaigua Lake and the hills that we have seen. The scenery is truly breathtaking. There is a bistro table and chairs for simple meals and drinks or lounge chairs for relaxing.
For summer, the sandy beach is a great spot. Also nearby in the resort is the Robert Trent Jones golf course with full pro shop, a restaurant serving all meals, a basketball court, tennis courts, BBQ grill and full play equipment.
For winter, the Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is a quick 12 minutes away!

Great location for exploring the area and easy access to Bristol Mountain for skiing. Very peaceful and beautiful view of the lake from the condo. Eddie is a tremendous host and source for attractions and activities in the area.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We recently stayed in this condo with our 8 year old son. The place is very well kept and nicely equipped. The view is mesmerizing. We took advantage of the beach and even did a little fishing from the marina. We highly recommend this property - great value, great views, very good location. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt in communicating. Heron Hill tasting room is right up the hill as is the Brown Dog Bistro (Beef Wellington melts in your mouth) and Arbor Hill Grapery (try the Ambrosia). NY State Parks are some of the best anywhere in the US and this area is chocked full of some of the best - Letchworth, Stonybrook, and Watkins Glen are all within a 45 to 90 minutes. Wineries abound - five days simply was not enough. Leaves you wanting more.

What a beautiful view from this gorgeous condo. The owner keeps this place in great shape. I even hate to write this review because I don’t want anyone staying here. For the price, you will not find a better deal on the lake with this great view. A+++ We stayed last yr for the weekend, we had a wedding downtown Canandaigua and a short 15-20 min ride. Will stay here every yr I can. Also the owner (Eddie) was very friendly and responds to your e-mail very quickly. Charlie

My wife and I stayed at this unit for a little winter getaway and it is absolutely beautiful! The views of the lake are breathtaking, even in the winter. The location is quiet and cozy, just perfect for a nice retreat. We enjoyed the close proximity to local skiing as well. Couldn't have asked for more!
