  Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen,excellent quality in accessories, lovely decor. A great location for Bristol Mountain and Canandaigua.Would definitely recommend this place to others. The listing description was accurate and the owner answered all our questions promptly.

  Great place. Rent it. What you should keep in mind: the condo is nice and clean -- though more like a family cottage being rented to the public than the austere hotel room-type rental one generally associates with the word 'condo'. So, laundry is one of those things that must be done -- use theirs and launder before departure or bring your own (which is what I prefer and suggest, if you have the packing space, though the condo's linens, blankets and pillows are perfectly fine). I visited during the winter to take advantage of Bristol Mountain -- which is a great ski area and very understated on its web site. My only regret is that I didn't seek out the Bristol Mountain ski area -- an 8-hour drive for me -- sooner. Finally, this cottage is in a beautiful area, which means it's out of town about 12 miles. A resort is up the road - so you can walk to dinner or get a bottle of wine from the bar at a reasonable price. The condo was a really good compromise for me: unsurpassed beauty within a short drive to the ski area in one direction and town in the other direction. The owners, by the way, were responsive, kind and helpful. My deposit was returned immediately upon departure. I will be back. - Dennis

  This condo by far exceeded my expectations ! It's exactly like the pictures portray and more !!! The immaculate cleanlinness , the high end appliances, the plush towels, the fresh and crisp linens , the breathtaking location along with the amenities ., made this property had to leave !

  The Finger Lake Region and Lake Canandaigua almost makes up for the uncomfortable sleeping quarters & beds. The tub and its movement under one's feet was not a plus. It was clean, owner was helpful, kitchen spacious. Would not select this condo again nor would I recommend to a friend or relative.

  Recommended for: Families with young children.

  Owner response: I will have to strongly disagree with this review and ask that you read my entire response. A couple of things. One, it was reviewed almost a year after the couple's stay, which is rather peculiar and very untimely. Two, it doesn't match the other outstanding reviews, even ones depicting the comfortableness. People who are healthy and 6'3" have stayed and enjoyed the condo. Having known the particular situation of the renters, it is less about this great condo. However, if you have medical and physical issues such as wheel chairs, etc then you should certainly contact me before showing up. Don't let this review stand in your way to one of the best condos in all of Bristol Harbour!

  Very nice condo and very nice view. The property was clean, but we did have a kitchen light not working which did not get fixed while we were there and therefore pretty dark in the kitchen. View is beautiful and the property has a very nice balcony to enjoy the views. I did feel that for the cost of the condo we should not have had to clean all the linens and towels, also was asked to buy laundry soap which I felt was not our responsibility. Overall good experience and would stay again.

Even though we tried hard to get it done, it was a job for an expert. My apologies. As far as cost goes, it seems to me that our condo policy and price is in line with others. And our prices are pretty great compared to most options on the south side of Canandaigua Lake. But, you bring up a point that some people just don't want to deal with that...I think that could be an option.

  A very comfortable, quiet, and efficient condo. Perfect for our purposes! The owner was very responsive and pleasant. The place is well decorated and having a full kitchen is a great thing.

  Great, cozy condo with an excellent view of Canandaigua Lake. It was a good size for our family of 3. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony, walking down to the lake and driving through the gorgeous countryside. The town of Canandaigua is just a short distance away - perfect for shopping or dining out. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. Thanks very much!!

  Great location for exploring the area and easy access to Bristol Mountain for skiing. Very peaceful and beautiful view of the lake from the condo. Eddie is a tremendous host and source for attractions and activities in the area.

  We recently stayed in this condo with our 8 year old son. The place is very well kept and nicely equipped. The view is mesmerizing. We took advantage of the beach and even did a little fishing from the marina. We highly recommend this property - great value, great views, very good location. The owner was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt in communicating. Heron Hill tasting room is right up the hill as is the Brown Dog Bistro (Beef Wellington melts in your mouth) and Arbor Hill Grapery (try the Ambrosia). NY State Parks are some of the best anywhere in the US and this area is chocked full of some of the best - Letchworth, Stonybrook, and Watkins Glen are all within a 45 to 90 minutes. Wineries abound - five days simply was not enough. Leaves you wanting more.

  What a beautiful view from this gorgeous condo. The owner keeps this place in great shape. I even hate to write this review because I don’t want anyone staying here. For the price, you will not find a better deal on the lake with this great view. A+++ We stayed last yr for the weekend, we had a wedding downtown Canandaigua and a short 15-20 min ride. Will stay here every yr I can. Also the owner (Eddie) was very friendly and responds to your e-mail very quickly. Charlie
