  My wife and I spent our honeymoon in the cottage and had an amazing time. The unit was very clean and very comfortable. The owners couldn't have been nicer people. They were so nice actually that I am pretty sure my wife would go back simply to spend time with them. Overall, it was a perfect fit and great experience.

  I cannot imagine a more perfect setting for our first trip to this beautiful island! Kate is the consummate hostess! She knows the island inside and out and helped us to take full advantage of all it has to offer! The cottage is charming, comfortable and fully equipped. The location is ideal. Love the hammock!! The use of the bikes was a huge bonus! They are in excellent condition. Goldie is a love!! Check out Cisco Brewery's happy hour and if you are lucky as we were - Kate may join you!! Thank you for a fabulous time! We hope to make it our annual Anniversary destination.

  Nantucket is my happy place..The cottage was lovely and Kate supplied just about everything you could imagine.. The cottage was very convenient to Nantucket town, a 20 minute walk and right near the Madeket bus stop. My husband and I love to bike and the bike path was right across the street. Kate, Colm and Goldie were so hospitable I can't wait to come back next summer...to visit again ..

  My friend and I stayed in this adorable cottage for a week in July. The property is perfectly located! We rode the bikes provided into town quite easily and quickly and used many of the bike paths around the island, which was a lot of fun! It is located right on the route of the island shuttle, which made it very convenient to jump on and head to the beach! The cottage is clean and adorable. Perfectly appointed with just what you need to enjoy a relaxing, STRESS FREE get-away! Kate, the owner, is a delight. She guided us perfectly in where to get some of the best meals we've had in ages, gave us great tips on the best beaches for every occasion and was really just nice to chat with and hear the stories of her life and the area. Our only complaint was that her husband was gone for the week, so we didn't get to meet him! This cottage is easy to get to, easy to get in to and lovely. We would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking to truly get away, relax, breathe and enjoy Nantucket. It is quiet, unassuming and comfortable. The garden outside with the hammock under the gorgeous tree was one of our favorite places to just relax in the morning or late afternoon after a day at the beach. I could go on and on. Nantucket is a very special place and staying here made it just that more special. We did not use the loft, but it was pretty darn cute! We will DEFINITELY be back. We look forward to seeing Kate and Goldie again and meeting her other half!

  Our first trip away with our 8 month old couldn’t have gone smoother thanks to the wonderful hospitality of Kate, Colm and Goldie! The cottage is clean, quiet, comfortable and has just about everything you could possibly need! The location was great as it was easy to ride our bikes to Madaket and also take the baby for a walk into town. We got some amazing weather and it made for one of my favorite all time vacations!

  To put it simply...our stay was better than we could have ever hoped for! Four of us, two adult couples, we're on Nantucket for three nights for a friend's wedding, and I consider us very lucky to have found this place. The owners were gracious, helpful and accommodating. One of the days we took their suggestions of what to do on the island, and it turned out to be our favorite day of the trip! The cottage was exactly as described in the listing, as well as the pictures. We stayed comfortably and were able to save money by cooking and keeping food in the fridge. While we did take cabs into town for the wedding, we were also able to save money at other times during our stay by walking or using the bikes they provided for us. When the wedding weekend was over, none of us wanted to leave. On my next trip to Nantucket (which I hope is sooner than later!), I will definitely stay here again. I just hope it's available!

  Our host was PERFECT! She was knowledgeable and very informative of the entire island. The cottage on her property is very well kept and offers complete privacy. The cottage is located just a short walk from town and is on the bike path. We accessed the beach from the property by taking our bikes along the bike path. The bike path is perfect for complete seasoned bikers or those who maybe ride once a year. All of the bike paths are mostly flat most of the way making them inviting. My wife and I did not bring over a car so we either walked to town or rode our bikes. We rode our bikes to a few beaches. We did not use a cab our entire stay and never once felt worn out. Her dog on the premesis is so calm and friendly. We will most certainly rent again from the owners.

  This beautiful cottage set amongst flower gardens on the island of Nantucket is Paradise Found. I have had the pleasure of staying for a romantic getaway as well as a family fun filled summer vacation. The cottage has a private deck of the bedroom nice for reading or looking at the stars. The living space is comfortable with all amenities. The kitchen is great for waming up leftovers or makking a romantic dinner. The deck offf the living room is the place from morning coffee til the last s"more is made on the grill. The locatioin is perfect a nice walk to town a bike ride to the beach . The Best restaurants, fishing trips, shopping ,days at the beach, a relaxing day doing nothing is all right there for you to enjoy. Its like being wrapped up in a little bit of heaven. Cottage is very well cared for .
