This is a 3 bedroom/2 bath condo that has one bedroom and bath locked off. As a 2/1 the condo can accomodate up to 6 people. It is a Gulf Side View condo. Gulf Side View means that it has a narrow view of the Gulf of Mexico from the Master bedroom as well as the balcony, which wraps around the corner of the building to include a front view of the Intercoastal Waterway. The Master bedroom contains a King size bed, the 2nd room consists of 2 double beds. If you would like the use of the full condo, the 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds and its own bathroom. The rate is an additional $200 per week for the 2/3 condo. The condo can also be locked off to use only the 1/1. This is an efficiency unit with a microwave, coffeemaker and small refrigerator. This is an interior unit and does not have a view or use of the kitchen and laundry. It is a great deal at $200 less per week.
The condo has a high-speed Internet connection. There is a washer and dryer in the condominium. The Sand Dollar is located on the beach and guests only have access to the private fishing pier. No fishing license is required. There is also a heated pool, spa and barbeque facility. There are nearby places to rent Jet Ski’s and other watercraft items.
