Welcome to our beautiful 3 Bedroom + Den Sleeping area, 3.5 Bath home located in the upscale gated community of Emerald Waters Village right off Scenic Gulf Drive on the east side of Destin.
You will find all the luxuries conveniences you could ask for, including 3 bedrooms, den/media sleeping area, 3.5 bath, Wood floors, full stainless kitchen with granite counters, breakfast bar and seperate dining area. There is lots of spacious living and entertaining areas with comfortable furnishings that create the perfect surroundings for an enjoyable vacation.
The large master King suite is on the main floor and the bathroom offers a jetted tub, two vanities plus his/her "walk-in" shower. There is an additionla King Guest suite with full bath and his/her shower. The 3rd bedroom is a Queen Suite with a full bath. The 4th sleeping area is on the upper floor, which is the media room with a Queen size pull out sofa bed and is a great hangout and entertainment retreat for kids or teens. We have an additional air mattress stored if you need another portable sleeping option.
Only a few short blocks to the white sand and crystal clear waters of the Gulf from the house. There is also a parking area at the upper gate and then the Beach is only a short stroll via a private gated walk access. You will also enjoy the 2 heated community pools, one at each end of the community, and only 1/2 a block from the house. No need to worry about crowds on the beach because the beach area is private. Scenic 98 also has walking/bike paths for those early morning or late evening strolls along the beach and it's less than five minutes from your door.
Emerald Waters Village is an exclusive gated community. You’re minutes from countless top notch restaurants, top rated golf courses, Destin Commons, Silver Sands Outlets, The Track, Big Kahunas Water Park and most any other Destin attraction.

This house is perfect for a big group of friends or family. I will probably stay here again. Beautiful house, not too long of a walk to the beach. Checking in and out went very smooth for us. Thanks for letting us enjoy this wonderful vacation rental.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.
