This oversized one bedroom home away from home has huge vaulted ceilings with skylights and many windows opening to stunning mountain views, including the Continental Divide. Skiing, hiking, swimming, horseback riding, boating, fishing, shopping, biking, snowshoeing, skating, golfing, and many more activities are everyday events at this townhome in Soda Spring, Keystone.
AMENITIES: This townhome has an oversized master suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen TV/DVD combo, large closets, and sliding doors and mirrors to overlook the downstairs living area from vaulted ceiling height. The attached master bath offers fully remodeled dual sinks, tub and shower, and washer/dryer. The renovated kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook a delicious meal which you can serve in a separate dining room and serving bar. The living room offers a beautiful gas fireplace, leather furniture, comfortable pull-out commercial grade sofa sleeper, as well as a brand new queen-sized Murphy bed. This townhome comfortably sleeps 6 people.
CONVENIENCE: Soda Spring is in the midst of all summer and winter Summit County activities. It is .8 miles from Keystone ski lifts, with a direct bus stop a mere 150 steps from the front door. Soda Spring has one of the nicest year-round heated pools in the area, with an indoor hot tub which opens to the relaxing pool area. Arapahoe Basin is 5 miles away, Breckenridge 11 miles, Copper Mountain 15 miles, and Vail is 40 minutes away, all connected by a convenient bus system. Snake River is a four minute walk, Keystone Lake is an eight minute stroll, and Lake Dillon is only four miles down a connected walk/bike path. Keystone offers two championship golf courses, both conveniently close to this townhome.

I would definitely recommend this townhouse!!! It was the cleanest and neatest that we have ever stayed in!! The townhouse has so some much charm and character which added to make it such a comfortable and cozy stay!! I wished we could bring the bed home with us!! The architecture with the high slanted ceilings and windows really helps to bring the outdoors in! I loved the natural surroundings around the townhouse. The views are fantastic! You feel secluded, but yet there are many things to do nearby!! You can take the bike trail for a short hike to Keystone Resort/Lake and then just go a little further to River Run-the ski area. Besides that trail there are many other trails along the river or up in the mountains. Lots of fun exploring! There are also great restaurants and shopping nearby! We were able to take some neat day trips to other areas since the townhouse was so centralized. We went to Aspen/Maroon Bells one day, Vail one morning, Rocky Mountain National Park one day, and Breckenridge one morning. I will recommend this townhouse to my friends and family!

This was a great find! Good price, good location, and very nice amenities. My daughter loved the pool and we found the condo to be very comfortable and beautiful, with a well equipped kitchen. The Summit shuttle has a stop very close to the condo. I would totally recommend this condo as a nice getaway for summer, or as convenient skier accommodations.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.
