Our home is in an exclusive gated low density complex with only 5 units per acre. We sit on a bluff overlooking the blue Pacific with unobstructed ocean views and evening sunsets. Conveniently located stairs lead down to a quiet beach. There are 5 lighted tennis courts and 2 heated pools and jacuzzis, and lots of open space for the kids to play.
Our home was recently remodeled to upgrade our kitchen to include granite counter tops and all the amenities. In addition all 3 bathrooms were remodeled. The master bedroom is complete with a new King sized top of the line Beauty Rest bed,new hardwood flooring, TV and ample closet space. Sliding patio doors lead to a deck which overlooks the ocean. Talk about a good nights sleep!!! Separate master bath with double sinks and large stall shower complete the master suite.
Our guest room has 2 twins and just installed hardwood flooring and an adjoining bath with enclosed tub and shower combination. The washer and dryer are in this bath. Off of the entry are 8 steps going to our newest addition and our favorite room. You can make it whatever your needs are....bedroom as it has a pull down Queen Murphy bed or a TV and family room or just a quiet spot to gaze out of the picture window to down below at the beautiful Pacific.
Sometimes you will spot dolphins playing, almost always surfers who seem to arrive by 7 and don't go home until dusk. We have a little sign under the window which says " Relax...It doesn't get any Better Than This." There is a new bath adjoining this room with a stall shower and a loft which has 2 twin beds. A patio is next to the kitchen with a gas barbeque and dining table and chairs.The living room has just been redone with new couch and chairs. You will love it !!! There is a large deck off of the living room with chaises and dining table. A perfect spot to watch the sun go down. Our townhouse is totally furnished and equipped with linens including beach towels, high chair, portable crib, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas.
We offer free phone calls within the US and internet service. There is an enclosed 2 car garage and laundry facilities in the house.

The views!! Plop into comfy outdoor furniture to watch stunning sunsets on ocean cliffs, early am surfers, seabirds, dolphins and beachcombers. Follow the stairway to the beach- wander through the spacious greenbelts and find 2 community pools and hot tubs – the townhomes in this area are spaced so that you never feel crowded…everywhere is a feeling of calm unlimited space! The complex is in a great location with easy access to tourist attractions, grocery stores and restaurants (our favorite: The Daily News Café in Carlsbad). Relax indoors in this newly renovated townhome that is laid out perfectly for families or couples. There’s room to play together and room to wander off for privacy. The furnishings are comfortable and all the beds have great mattresses. The kitchen has everything a family needs to prepare and enjoy meals while taking pleasure in the spectacular views. Inside washer/dryer allows you to pack light and stay long! Our group was 5 adults, so we didn’t use the loft with twin beds – it looks like a perfect place for little people! The Murphy bed is decked out with an incredible lighting system, as well as being very comfy. The upstairs sitting area was enjoyed as much as the downstairs living room. So often it is the communication with the homeowner that sets the tone for a great vacation. Coordinating with Ann prior to and after our vacation was a delight; she is a very gracious and attentive host you can tell she cares about her home and thoroughly enjoys sharing its beauty with others. Thank you Ann - we look forward to return visits to be lulled by the surf and sun in your lovely home!

Our three generations(ages 6 to 68) agree: This place is absolutely perfect. Sitting high over the ocean, the views are magnificent, uninterruped, and can be seen from nearly the whole house. We loved watching dolphins swim by. The beach below is clean and uncrowded and great for surfing, swimming, castle building, and beachcombing . The setting is uncrowded and feels very private, and the house is well furnished and has everything you might need including books to read, videos to watch, and games to play for both kids and adults. The private two car garage is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards, and surf boards. The owner could not have been nicer or more pleasant in our dealings. We definitely hope to go back.

We loved this vacation home! It was perfect for our family, we didn't want to leave. The views were spectacular! The pictures don't let you hear the waves, the windows are wall to wall in the living room and master suite. Ann was an excellent host; we plan to come back!

Our family had a wonderful stay to say the least! The accommodations were perfect for our family of six, even for our baby! It was so awesome to not have to worry about traveling with all the extra stuff needed for the baby. (crib, highchair and toys!) Our 4 girls had a memorial stay watching the dolphins swim every day. (A definite highlight of the stay!!) The location was a perfect distance from San Diego. It allowed us to see all the wonderful sites of San Diego as well as other fun places to visit up coast. The owners were super helpful and a true delight to work with. I would recommend this beach home for anyone traveling or staying in the area! We will definitely look to stay here again when visiting the area. Thanks for the warm and welcome stay :)
