Poppy Bay is a three level split level beautiful rustic house nestled in the freed slave community of Adelaide on New Providence. it is only a 10 mins drive from the airport and a short run to local shops, restaurants and grocery stores. This property offers you a non-traditional visiting experience while being off the beat and track in a community environment. This home boasts 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a modern but nature reserve style environment.

Balcony House is in a quiet part of town... it is not far from the city of Nassau( which is a 30-40 mins drive away) the island is only 7x21 miles so nothing is really far anyway and it is only a short run from Lyford Cay and Albany resort. Nassau's International airport and Million Air or Executive Private flight services are nearby.

This house is nestled in a small fishing community with mangroves and locks of birdwatching at its best. Year Purchased: 1930
This house was built on the property that I inherited from my perants many years ago. It is apart of a 10 plus acre track that spands across the creek and mangroves. We are one of the original families that established a second home/beach bungalow on Adelaide beach. Many of the families here are three an four generation families like ours. When the tide is low you can even walk out for miles and you can see many marine creatures in knee high water level or just see your toes.It is a place to cherish and enjoy.

The Unique Benefits of this House
This is a three split level house so it is very spacious and gracious in it's living. there is also a fireplace inside and a bar-b-que fireplace outside to grill or serve up marshmellows. There is also an outdoor shower and furniture so you can entertain at night and the yard is enclosed so it is great for families.There are verandahs at every level and even though it is a beach house there are many modern conveniences including stainless steel appliances et al.
