Great we waterfront location for a quiet summer week

My wife and I rented this house in August 2010 for a week. We docked our little boat at the dock, just 50 steps from the house, and fished, swam, and boated the week away. Great owner who was very communicative and flexible, and a cozy cottage with all the amenities and enough room for guests. We loved the amenities--grill, w/d, internet, outdoor shower, and quiet neighbors, quiet street, and 2 min bike ride to the sand beaches. The river, however, was the best place to sit on the dock and watch the world go by! HIghly recommend it.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.
