Comfortable home, ideal for families with young children. The master bedroom has a king, guest room has a queen and there is a third bedroom (attached to Master, you have to walk through this room to get to the master) with a full bed. There is a pack n play and two twin air mattresses for your use. One couch in living/family room is a sleeper sofa. The house is not large but is very spacious.
Seven feet deep heated private pool right out the family room and master bedroom doors. Screened in area off Master Bedroom and dining room. Both over look pool and face Gulf of Mexico.
Lots of sun. Bright friendly home. Super comfortable beds, pottery barn bedding but still a home where you can feel comfortable putting your feet on the coffee table and enjoy a glass of wine.
Fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels for showers and beach/pool use.
Everything has been thought of in this home. There is nothing you will need while vacationing in this quiet home.
Deeded beach access directly across the street. Home is located a half mile south of the historic downtown.
You won't be disappointed with the location. Pool, deck and siding were all remodeled in the winter. Everything is freshly painted and well maintained.

Boca Grande doesn't have a "bad season"
We will rent weekly or monthly or for long holiday weekends.
Will accept partial weekly stays but a cleaning fee will be added.
We do not charge more for Holiday so come and have Thanksgiving at our place.

Year Purchased: 2004
My husband and I fell in love with Boca Grande when we were dating. Twelve years and two kids later we were able to buy our "little piece of paradise" on Gasparilla Island. We live in NJ and our kids count the days between school breaks so we can travel to our special home.
Why the Owner Chose Boca Grande
We purchased a home on Boca Grande because the location is ideal. We don't have to leave the country to get that "island" feel. Yet we feel miles away from reality when we are on "the island". Florida is nice year round and Boca Grande is even nicer. When we vacation we don't want a big city feel with lots of action and shopping. We want to relax and unwind and spend quality family time. Boca Grande was the perfect choice. Every time we are fortunate enough to visit our home (about seven times a year) we seem to fall in love with it even more, if that is possible?
The Unique Benefits of this Single Family Home
Our property is unique to other homes on the island because it's one of the only homes in our "golden beach" neighborhood that has a screened in porch that faces the Gulf of Mexico, instead of other homes on the street. We are only one home back from Gulf Blvd/Gasparilla Road. Even though we are not beach front (a dream of ours) the home still has that beachy feeling. Please check out our pictures to get a visual view. You will not be distracted by other homes, the home really stands alone. There is an empty triple lot across the street and you can watch the Gopher tortoises enjoy the cactus right out the dining room windows. A favorite activity of ours. Just don't get your golf cart stuck in the sand on the lane if checking out the views (we did that once). We furnished our home to feel like a home away from home. All of our guests and friends have told us how comfortable their stays have been. We've decorated it with fun tropical colors and the warm wood floors give it that home away from home feel. We didn't buy the typical "renter" furniture. Our couches, beds and tables are all user friendly and comfortable. We hope you feel the same way.
