The cleanliness was excellent and we were able to enjoy ourselves the minute we arrived. Your welcome note and treat was so thoughtful. We look forward to returning soon.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The condo was was very neat, clean and nicely decorated..beach themes throughout. The pictures are very accurate...looking at them just now brings back wonderful memories of our vacation a couple of months ago. The view is wonderful! The kitchen is very well stocked...more so than I imagined, the only thing you need to bring is food :). There are books, movies, games, extra beach towels..which we ended up needing,thank you! Definitely a home away from home.. there is absolutely nothing to complain about..loved it!

  Hi Emily, Sorry for the delayed followup about your vacation rental, which we rented earlier this month. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for renting it to us. We have been renting in Carolina Beach for a few years now and have to say that your place was perhaps the best we have stayed at. Well appointed and in good repair. We would definitely like to rent from you next year and I will contact you directly soon after we have our dates for next year planned out. I will also leave a comment on your VRBO site. Enjoy the rest of your summer with hopefully a few days at the beach.

  We loved the condo, it was perfect for the four of us. The first thing the kids did when we got there was to open the door to the balcony and watch the ocean view. Very clean. Loved the noted, snacks and water from the owner. It was great having access to the beach and pool. Great location. You could walk to everything. It was nice having the beach as your backyard for the week.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

  The condo was very clean and comfortable, was actually much better than expected. The property listing is accurate in description. Has been years since we have vacationed at Carolina Beach and our trip was most enjoyable. "Beachfront Elm" is walking distance to the Boardwalk with entertainment, activities and food.

  What a pleasant surprise to find this condo after many visits to Carolina Beach staying in barely acceptable accommodations. This is a winner! The condo is very clean, beautifully appointed with upscale decor, an expansive view of the ocean, a sizeable porch that gets both sun and shade. We are seniors and the steps on many condos can be challenging. These steps had rails on both sides, tightly nailed down no slip plastic on all the steps, and landings to take a breath if need be. Best of all was the customer service. Whoops, I left an important article behind and it was in the mail to me the next day. Also got to talk to the owner of the condo who is also an absolute "keeper".

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, sightseeing, tourists without a car.
