The discerning guest will find a spacious, 1650 sq ft beachfront penthouse condo with a completely
unobstructed Gulf view. Come and enjoy your home away from home. This is an
incredible beachfront penthouse.

Swim or wade in the warm gulf waters ... build a sandcastle ... or just
relax on the white sand beach or the condo balcony. Our boardwalk takes you
over the dunes to the beach.

The gulf-side balcony overlooks the beach with a sweeping view of the gulf.
This view reaches the ship channel at the east end of Port Aransas which
carries traffic into and from Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi Bay. This
balcony stretches the length of the condo with ample furniture to sit, relax
and enjoy the view.

This spacious second floor penthouse was remodeled recently as a primary
residence.
The master bedroom, dining room and living room all have sliding glass doors
opening onto the balcony with incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The kitchen has all modern appliances including a ceramic cook surface and
Corian sinks and counter tops. The living room has a 42" in SONY LCD HDTV
with a DVD player. Of course, wireless internet is available if you must
check in with the "real world" while on the Island.

Whether you are visiting for the fishing, water sports, golf, or just
relaxing on the beach, we invite you to enjoy the comfort, amenities, fabulous
location and view from our condo while you are in Port A.

  • We stayed in this 3-bedroom condo over Labor Day weekend. It is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. Very clean, everything worked great, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! You can watch the beautiful sunrise over the beach from the living room and master bedroom balconies. Roomy kitchen, great TVs in living and master. We played in one of the two pools. It was large and well maintained, and had an 8 ft. deep end for adults and big kids. We plan to stay again soon!

  • We stumbled across this first class spot. Just steps away from the beach, an easy drive to the USS Lexington and the Texas Aquarium. The pool was right across from the room (great for rinsing off after the beach). The owners were easy to work with. It truly had all the comforts of home (and none of the work!).
