Beautiful and comfortable, this 1650 sq ft beachfront penthouse (3rd/top floor) condo has a totally unobstructed Gulf of Mexico view from a gulf-facing wall of glass doors and panels that span the living and dining areas and the master bedroom. A large living area with sofas and a large-screen tv, spacious dining and bar area, plus 3 separate bedrooms and 2 full baths provide plenty of room for playing games and relaxing. A door between the living areas and bedrooms ensures that night owls and early risers do not disturb others.
From the large, private balcony, you can hear the waves and enjoy the ocean breeze as you view a magnificent sunrise, people-watch beachcombers, see sport fisherman, sailboats, navy and commercial vessels travel through the near-by Corpus Christi ship channel, or just read, relax and visit with your family and friends.
Our boardwalk takes you straight across the dunes to the clean, wide, sandy beach where you can swim, sun, play and walk for miles. We're only 1/2 mile from the Horace Caldwell pier where you can fish and grab a burger and about 1 mile from the ship channel jetties where you can fish and watch the dolphins escort large vessels going to and from Corpus Christi. Just steps outside the condo, there is a large pool, tennis courts, barbeque grills, playground, laundry facilities and boat parking. Wireless internet is available if you must check in with the "real world" while on the Island.
Conveniently located right in Port Aransas, you are close to great restaurants, shopping boutiques, the grocery store, city marina with offshore and bay fishing charters, jet ski rentals, and parasailing. For the golfers in the group, we just one mile north of the new, award-winning, Arnold Palmer-designed Newport Dunes golf course.
If you can tear yourself away from the beach, with a short drive to Corpus Christi you can tour the USS Lexington and visit the Texas State Aquarium. Or a fery ride and short drive north will take you to Rockport where birdwatchers find year-round enjoyment at the Aransas Natural Wildlife Refuge and there are various art, food and wine festivals throughout the year.
Whether you are visiting Port Aransas for the fishing, water sports, golf or just relaxing at the beach and pool, we invite you to enjoy the comfort, amenities, fabulous location and view from our condo. We hope you will be our guest soon.

THE place to stay in Port Aransas!

There could be no better place to stay on the Island. The owners go out of their way to accommodate you. They leave plenty of information on attractions and things to do that save you from having to look things up for yourself. The entire condo is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained. The owners truly care about their condo and make it feel like a home-away-from-home for their guests. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and luxurious and the kitchen is well supplied with anything you might need to prepare meals and there is plenty of room to spread out so it can be a family affair. We loved eating our meals at their big family table with such a lovely view out the patio door. The view of the gulf is spectacular and the beach is just a stroll away. We always find everything to be in excellent working order, spotless and comfortable. The balcony is the perfect place to sip your cup of morning coffee, enjoy the view and the fresh air and feel completely relaxed and at home. The unit is tucked toward the end of the complex of buildings and this gives it a more quiet location, away from most traffic - very peaceful. We have stayed here several times and it is always the same...PERFECT! We would never consider staying anywhere else.

Unit was well kept and kitchen was especially well appointed. There is a larger than usual St. Augustine lawn below the balcony that our family enjoyed. We returned with only one complaint that one of the 2 coin operated washing machines was half full of brackish water for the whole week. I complained but it was still that way the day we left. Then, after our return, we found out that the owners came into the unit before the cleaning crew came in and were apparently shocked that the place needed cleaning. They even have accused us of damaging some feature on the shower head that we never saw. Great place but I advise whoever uses it to video throughout before and after their stay. These owners are too sensitive to be leasing this place.
Owner response:We certainly appreciate receiving comments that our condo was a "great place" and "well kept". We make every effort to ensure that all guests to have that same experience. To that end, our housekeeping and maintenance standards are high. We encourage guests to contact us immediately if they encounter any problems. Once we were aware that one of the four available washing machines was broken, repair people were notified and that machine was working the next business day. I regret that we did not know about the problem until the day before you left. I am sure that it was an inconvenience and very sorry it occurred during your stay. We are truly glad that despite the problems you had the "best PA trip in years" while at our condo.

We brought my son and his friend (both age 11) for Memorial Day week. The place was spacious and relaxing. We saw a flyer in the living room for sand castle building and that turned out to be the highlight of the week... not the Texas Aquarium, the candy shop or the UT Marine Science center. Having a full kitchen was wonderful since we didn't have to go out and sit around a restaurant for meals (though the Port Aransas Pizzeria was pronounced "the best pizza I ever tasted" by my son's friend). The extra cost for the condo with a kitchen very likely saved us money in the long run since we only ate out 4 times over the 7 day stay.

Excellent location with all the amenities of home and an ocean view !! Very spacious and super clean. Easy walk to the beach. Will definitely go back. Would go once a month if our vacation budget allowed it. You will not be disappointed if you spend your vacation here.

We stayed in this 3-bedroom condo over Labor Day weekend. It is a lovely and comfortable home away from home. Very clean, everything worked great, and only a few minutes walk to the beach! You can watch the beautiful sunrise over the beach from the living room and master bedroom balconies. Roomy kitchen, great TVs in living and master. We played in one of the two pools. It was large and well maintained, and had an 8 ft. deep end for adults and big kids. We plan to stay again soon!

We stumbled across this first class spot. Just steps away from the beach, an easy drive to the USS Lexington and the Texas Aquarium. The pool was right across from the room (great for rinsing off after the beach). The owners were easy to work with. It truly had all the comforts of home (and none of the work!).
