The villa is a tastefully decorated single storey 4 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental home that includes; Two Master Suites both with king sizes beds and ensuites and two twin bedrooms that can easily accommodate two families (Sleeps ten comfortably). This luxury villa is very private with no back neighbors and greenery on both sides of the pool and spa area, creating a pleasant, peaceful atmosphere. The very private screened pool and spa area will offer that relaxation and will remind you that you are on vacation.
Our villa has all the amenities including; fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full size fridge, stove and utensils, a full size washer and dryer, towels, linens and 6 television’s with cable for your viewing pleasure. Fully Air Conditioned.
Our villa is a few minutes drive from the famous highway 192 and 10 to 15 minutes from all the Disney theme parks, 20 minutes from Seaworld and Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Busch Gardens using the Highway I4, which is minutes away.

We decided to purchase our villa in Calabay Parc because it’s one of the most prestigious communities in the Orlando Area and only minutes from Disney and all other major attractions. Calabay Parc is short term rental community with an excellent Home Owners Association (HOA). This is very important because the HOA is responsible for all the grounds work and making sure all homers keep their property up to top standards. Another key reason for the purchase of this villa over others in Calabay Parc was the very private pool and spa area. Our home has greenery on both sides of the pool area creating a very private pool and spa area with and no back neighbors add extra valve and privacy. We enjoy our peaceful evenings sitting poolside watching the kids swimming in the pool this is our home away from home.

You will not be disappointed. This is the best value in Florida. We enjoyed our stay and it was our "home away from home." We will stay here again and again.

This home is just like home and my family never had an issue with just being able to relax and enjoy the home . I recomend this proeprty to all my friends and a couple I know have taken me up on it and were very impressed as well. If you are looking for value for your dollars this is the place.We are getting ready to plan our next trip down and our first call will be to Tim and see if the house is available.

This villa was everything you could ask for and more! Private, spacious, clean and close to to everything....shopping, groceries restuarants and fun! The owner Tim, is a pleasure to deal with! Quick to respond to all questions and helpful. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely return.

We stayed at at the villa from Nov 13 till Nov 16 , we had a great time there . The description was accurate , property clean , well-maintained . Tim ( the owner ) provided very good customer service . The villa was everything and more we could ask for . We were very pleased with it .We will never stay at a hotel again when traveling . The owners called to check and ask if there was anything else we need . I recommended the villa to my friends , and I know they will try it too . The villa and pool are beautiful If you are planning to do Disney, this is a grea tlocation. We are snow birds and have a small place a few miles from this house, but when our children and grandchildren visit, we need more space. This is a great space for 8 people. Everyone has their own bedroom and a dining table that accomdates everyone. The owner even checked in with us after being there for several days to see if everything was to our satisfaction. I would return again.
