Fully equipped and remodeled cottage on Pigeon Lake with direct boating and walking access to private Lake Michigan Beach. Boat dock directly in front of cottage. Walking distance to Lake Michigan is approximately 300 yards, All linens supplied with cottage. "Sunset Deck" at beach to view sunsets from Holland, MI to Grand Haven, MI (approximately 20 miles. Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, microwave and all kitchenware needed. Cottage is on two lots with large decks overlooking Pigeon Lake, sliders off the master bedroom and living area. Back lot has large fire pit surrounded by deck and seating to view the lake while you enjoy an evening fire.
Large (1/4) mile private Lake Michigan beach includes pier for fishing (salmon and steelhead), beach volleyball courts, beach chairs (4), fire pits and picnic tables, Beach area owned by the association.

Why the Owner Chose Grand Haven
We originally purchased the property because both of our parents live in the area and it was more convenient to own a property than having constant travel between family and a hotel. Now our relatives can come visit us at the "lake" when we are in town.
The Unique Benefits at this Cottage
We enjoy our boating and kayaking time on the lake and Pigeon Creek. Adrian in particular enjoys his fishing time on the pier (salmon and steelhead) while I lay on the beach and read a book.
Owner's Map of Grand Haven
We are retired Coloradans who have owned this cottage for 10 years and have enjoyed meeting many of our guests (some have returned every year for 8 years. Each year we have invested ourselves in improving the property by remodeling the exterior and interior of the cottage. In 2009 we finally have completed all remodeling and look forward to enjoying more time at our home away from home.
