This air-conditioned condominium (CAC) is wonderfully located steps from Main Street and a short walk to the beach. The gazebo and large heated pool overlook the water, with a lovely view.
In addition to the spacious living room with southern exposed open deck (with umbrella table and chairs as well as lounge chairs), there is a sprawling downstairs which serves as a third bedroom (with two twin beds) and family room, opening out onto a sheltered patio and landscaped grassy courtyard.
The master bedroom (with Queen) and bath are on the top floor, with many closets. Also on the top floor is the charming second bedroom (with bunks bed as well as a separate twin) with bath.
This sunny and airy home offers hardwood floors and crisply painted walls throughout, as well as high speed internet, access to village beaches and location, location, location.
Available July 31st through Labor Day (6 full weekends), with longer season possible.

Year Purchased: 2001
My kids were 2, 5 and 8 years old when we bought this condo; they loved it then because of the big heated pool and the extensive landscaped grounds -- perfect for Man Hunt or flashlight tag with the other condo kids. Now they are 10, 13 and 16 and they adore being able to walk to the beach or into town for the library, a bagel or ice cream. And they still love the pool and social life. This location is Kid Heaven.
Why the Owner Chose Westhampton Beach
Because my kids don't attend school in Westhampton Beach, they would have had a harder time making friends had we not chosen a condo. We also love walking to everything. Main Street in Westhampton Beach has music on every corner on summer evenings. There are concerts at the village Gazebo on Thursday nights, as well as programs for kids at the library and gazebo.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
I love the freedom and relaxation of being able to wander down to Main Street for a restaurant or show, or to enjoy a barbecue on our deck. The kids love having their own space on the ground floor, and they love the freedom of being able to walk to town or to the beach.
