The Etienne Family has own this home since the 1960's. Herman and Josephine resided and worked in London, while saving every penny or pound to build their dream home in Dominica. Since the passing of Herman his wife Josephine now resided once again in London. Their son Aaron and his wife Annette residents of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands decided to renovate the house and open it up to vacationers. We take pride in our family house and we look for renters who will be responsible and appreciate our home away from home

The property is spacious. Its location is perfect. Away from the hustle of Roseau yet close enough to enjoy it all. Located right on the coast, between two villages, yet not really a part of Scotts head nor Souffrier, Villa Etoli is in a village all by itself.

So we LOVE Dominica and each part you stay has a different feel from the others. This location overlooking Scott's Head and close to Soufriere is amazingly peaceful. We love biking to the point, diving the wall, exploring the town and lounging in the hot springs in front of the church. The house itself has a gorgeous porch for watching sunsets and comfortable rooms for your group. We will defiantly be back to this location for vacations as often as possible.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
