You will love the elegance and peacefulness of my vacation home at the Waikoloa Beach Villas. The villa is located in the “P” (as in peaceful) building away from all the hustle and bustle. No need to wait for the elevator or climb the stairs, since the villa is located on the ground level. You will enjoy the lushness of a tropical garden right outside of your lanai. Not to mention a view of the well manicured Waikoloa Beach Golf Course (reduced golf rates are available for guests). The interior is tastefully decorated in a Asian-Tropical decor, including several local art pieces, which makes the villa feel truly Hawaiian. Amenities include two new LCD TVs, upgraded kitchen appliances, designer bedding and linens.
There are two beautiful outdoor shopping areas, the new Queen's Marketplace and the King's Shops, within walking distance from the condo. You will find unique shops like Blue Ginger, Reyn's, and Giggles, as well as the old stand-bys, like Starbucks, Tommy Bahamas, and Sunglass Hut. World class restaurants abound in the Waikoloa Beach Resort. Roy's Restaurant, Meriman Market Cafe, and Sansei Seafood are local favorites. Inexpensive dining is also available: Paradise Pizza, Island Fish and Chips, and Subway are also close by. There is also the new Island Gourmet Market, again within walking distance from the villa.
If you wish to cook for yourself, don't fear, all of the kitchen supplies you need are located in the villa. Check-out the local farmers market for fresh tropical fruit and vine-ripened vegetables.
If you venture away from the villa, there is everything you need for a day at the beach: boogie boards, umbrellas, beach chairs, snorkeling equipment, cooler, and beach towels for your use and convenience. Feel free to ask the owner for advice on where to dine and unusual places to see while vacationing on the Kohalo coast of the Big Island.

Why the Owner Chose Waikoloa Beach Villas
I have vacationed in Hawaii for the past 20 years. I have visited all of the major islands in Hawaii, and I can confidently say that The Big Island has it all. Plus it is much more affordable and less crowded than the other islands. On the Big Island, I have stayed in Kona, Hilo, and Waikoloa, and I must say Waikoloa is the best. It has the nicest beaches, restaurants, and activities on all of Hawaii. The Waikoloa Beach Villas are the newest condominium units in Waikoloa. They are close to "A" beach, a gorgeous salt and pepper sand swimming beach, and the new shopping centers. The villas are "low-density" units with luxurious tropical landscaping throughout the compound.

Roger's condo was absolutely perfect. The condo is immaculate with great decor and has all the home away amenities that a family can need. The kitchen is top of the line and well stocked with all the dishes and accessories needed to make a big dinner or a light snack. The beds are very comfortable with great linens! We stayed with our two teenage boys who made constant use of the snorkel gear and boogie boards at the three near by beaches. (two of which are top 10 in the world). We also loved the pool. This condo really is Paradise Found! Thank you and we hope to come back soon.

Fantastic Rental- Clean and plenty of space. My wife and I spent two weeks here and had a blast. Roger was great to work with and created a nice package price for a two week stay. The Big Island is a nice vacation spot. Not to busy , but, plenty to do. Very good resturants and some great beaches. Would return to Peaceful Paradise any time in the future. Hi Roger, thank your for our perfect stay at your condo. We are just sitting on the lanai beside the green faiway. The condo is a home away from home, nothing is missing we found a welcome present bag on the kitchen counter with macadamia nuts, Kona Coffee..., ! We love the quiet location, the nearby beaches, the great boogie boards and snorkle equipment (we don't swallow water anymore), the clean and tasteful interior, the huge TV, everything, It's so nice coming home after another great sunset. We loved staying at this lovely condo. It was decorated very nicely and was very clean. We are a family of 5 so it was so nice to have two bathrooms. The condo is new, so everything is in excellent condition. Roger has everything you need to go to the beach, chairs, boogie boards, towels, ice chests, snorkling gear,and umbrellas. The location is fantastic, you can walk to shopping, restaurants, starbucks, and a beach. It is also 10 min drive to 2 other great beaches, Hapuna, and Mauna Kea. We would highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful week staying here. The condo was spacious, well appointed and comfy. We spent every night here cooking, drinking and sitting on the lanai enjoying the breeze other than the 2 nights of the wedding that we were here for. The place is perfectly located between most of the best beaches. Everything you need you can get very close by. The owner gave us tons of well-informed suggestions for where to go and what to do.

Your condo certainly met all of our needs coming to Hawaii. This is our 2nd time in Waikoloa and our 25th time to the islands. Your condo is by far the best one we have rented in all the islands. The beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers were so convenient to use, as were the beach towels. Everything we could have wanted in the condo to feel pampered was available for us to use. From the luxurious bath soaps to all the spices and condiments in the kitchen, it was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai, sipping wine and watching the sun set in the evenings. We enjoyed walking to the shops and the beach, and just people watching. This condo is perfect for families, singles, couples. There is always something to do or to see, I can't believe all the turtles we saw sunbathing on the beaches. Every beach we went to, turtles! Speaking of beaches, there are so many in close proximity to the condo, "A" beach, the beach at Mana Lani, Hapuna Beach, and all the other little beaches up and down the coast. Thanks for a very wonderful anniversary stay

This is an amazing property and the perfect place to stay in Waikoloa. The quality and condition is unmatched, the location beautiful, the ground floor unit perfectly situated on the golf course surrounded by a garden of hibiscus and palms. The space immaculate and beautifully furnished - everything we could possibly need was provided, including beach towels and gear. The Queen's and King's Shopping areas are within walking distance and have just about everything and the beach only a 5 minute drive away. The garage was a pleasant surprise and an ideal fit for our rental and the pool a fun near-by respite from the sandy beach. The owner was extremely helpful, responding within hours of my initial email inquiry and after each communication thereafter. His directions and instructions clear and concise and his on-site management team keeps the condo beautiful and visitor ready. We visited other vacation condos of friends who attended the wedding and none of them compared to this unit! Everyone agreed that we had won the prize of best condo in the Waikoloa and Mauna Lani Resort areas. Contact information was shared with all and the hopes of securing this condo for future vacations was gratefully expressed. We will certainly make every attempt to stay in this particular Waikoloa Beach Villa in the years to come - it was truly perfect!

My husband and I spent our Honeymoon at your condo. It was the perfect place following months of wedding plannig, rehersals, etc. We enjoyed the quietness and serenity of the complex. Many of our wedding guests stayed at the Hilton and could not believe how much nicer our condo. was (at about half the price as a hotel room). Needless to say your condo. will always have a special place in our hearts and we hope to come back next year for our first anniversary!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your vacation home. Thank you for having all of those special amenities that are often not included; the large lcd tvs, beach equipment, and kitchen appliances were all appreciated. Our family enjoyed sitting out on the lanai at sunset to catch the colorful Hawaiian sunset skies.We definitely will be coming back again next year! Mahalo.
