OCEAN VIEW - The condominium is located on the ground floor in Building 10 (one of the closest units to the beach in Building 10), directly opposite Kamaole III Beach (one of Maui's most famous sandy beaches), this condo is ideally situated for swimming, sensational snorkeling, scuba diving, whale watching (winter months), miles of golden sand beaches for strolling, and outstanding sunset views.
Enjoy the views of the ocean from your Lanai. This unit also has a direct view of the fountain located on the property grounds and a large landscape area (green belt) directly outside the unit for outdoor activities or just enjoying the cool ocean breezes.
The facilities include two Jacuzzis, a large Pool with lounge chairs/recliners, children's Pool area, a wading Pool, four regulation Tennis Courts, eight double Gas Grills (BBQ), poolside restaurant and an Activity Center onsite. The resort has professional management and support staff onsite.

We just stayed for two days in this unit and there are a few reasons it was perfect for our family. It is a ground level unit so the kids could go run out of the grass, play soccer, tag, etc. There was a great kitchen to use and cook while we were there (we actaully didn't "cook" but we heated things up). The bedroom was roomy and the pullout coach was comfy for the kids and far enough away from us that it feels a bit more private. The big bonuses were the boogie boards, sand toys, beach towesl, soccer balls, and beach chairs all left for us to use while we were there. Those things are so nice to have when you're on vacation and they really make you feel more at home. The owners were wonderful to deal with. They were very professional, quick to respond to email and understanding when we made an error in our booking dates. If we find ourselves heading back to Kihei, we'll definately look for this unit again. Oh, and we had AN OCEAN VIEW from the lanai!!!

We just got back from 2 great weeks in Maui. Our condo was very clean and had an awesome view of the ocean and the fountain. The kitchen had every ammenity you could ask for, as well as everything needed for the beach (towels, cooler, beach chairs, etc.) The owners were great to work with and very accommodating. We would defininately recommend this condo and would stay here again.

My husband and three small children spent 10 days in this condo. It has a wonderful ocean view and the view of the fountains to the right was just as nice. The location is perfect! You can walk across the street to the beach or park with swing set. You can walk to the left to a walking trail to Walea beaches or to the right to more Kihea beaches and fun shops (ice cream, restaurants, gift shops, etc...). In addition, you are a short drive to everything from grocery stores to kayaking, etc.. The condo is roomier than I had expected. It is a one bedroom but the bed pulled out at night for the girls. Having the washer and dryer was a life saver considering we got dirty at the beach daily. The kitchen was excellent and fully stock. In addition, they provided beach gear that we used daily. Especially the cooler to pack lunches wherever we went. Having two bathrooms (one with a bath fod kiddos) was also very nice for a one bedroom condo. Lastly, having a first floor condo was a huge time saver and very convenient with kids. We loved sitting on the lanai in the morning and night enjoying the view while the kids played in the grass area or watched movies on the flat screen in the living room. The pool was fantastic as well. There is a kiddie pool, family hot tub and adult only hot tub. We spent most nights there. There are also barbecue pits which was nice for some family dinners. I would highly recommend this condo. We spent the last two nights of our vacation in a fancy resort in Lahaina. We could not turn around without bumping into each other and we spent more money those two days than the whole trip due to the crazy cost of food and drinks they charge at those places. Plus this was our third time in Maui and we would definitely consider this place next time. Kristi from St. Louis
