The house is located between Woodstock and Phoenicia, both lively, creative villages teeming with boutique shops, music venues, theaters, and fantastic, eclectic eateries. Just down the road from the Zen Monastery, you will be minutes away from the Esopus River for fly-fishing or a thrilling tubing ride. In winter, you'll be super close to Hunter, Belleayre or Windham Mountains for top-notch skiing.

Activities in the area include lots of hiking trails, horseback riding, canoeing & kayaking, antiquing, fruit & vegetable pickings at the local farms and so much more, making this the ideal home base for your relaxing, tranquil Catskills getaway.
