Hutchinson Island is a barrier island with twenty-two miles of gorgeous sandy beaches bordered by two inlets, the Inter coastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean. Located on Florida's central "Treasure Coast," just 35 miles north of West Palm Beach.
Our South Hutchinson Island looks much as it did in the 1800's when pioneers first discovered the island. Near perfect weather conditions have made it a Mecca for serious golfers, tennis buffs and fishermen. Boating is popular, and you can travel up and down the Intra coastal Waterway and visit the town of Stuart, known as the Sailfish Capital of the World.
I offer a secure one bedroom condominium which can accommodate up to four people. There are two full size balconies overlooking the beach. It has an oversized bedroom with king bed, living room with sofa bed, linen supply, dining area, separate kitchen with full-size appliances as well as dishes, pots, and utensils, etc. In addition, it also has two cable TVs, two VCRs, DVD and CD players, movie library, private phone with answer service and High Speed computer data outlet. Laundry facilities are located on the premises.
Enjoy the oceanside heated swimming pool with picnic areas and barbecue grills. Also for your pleasure is a restaurant and lounge with oceanside Tiki Bar for lunch or dinner. After dinner, enjoy nightly entertainment or take a walk on the beach.

You can spend your entire time at Island Beach Resort or you can drive short distances for other activities.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortable. The area felt very secure. The ocean view right out the large windows was great. We enjoyed a full week of beautiful weather. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and we appreciated the wifi service and cable TV.

We were in Florida for a baseball tournament. We had a great time. The condo is decorated so beautifully. We loved all of the Pelican pictures etc and the cabinet above the TV is the most awesome decoration I have ever seen. Wonderful location with easy access to things to do. The Ocean is fantastic and having the beach right out your door was great! We brought family from Germany here for a vacation and they loved it. Could not have asked for more.

We had a wonderful time here; beautiful weather, lovely condo and a great chance to relax and not be on a schedule. We felt so comfortable here. The view of the Atlantic is breathtaking. We saw the space shuttle take off Friday night and that was awesome. We are planning to come again soon!

Our stay at Island Beach resort was a delightful, relaxing experience. The owner obviously went the extra mile to make sure everything was done for our comfort. The kind of things most condos don't have. The kitchen was fully equipped and like brand new. What a great view of the beach and ocean. We have never been closer to the beach. The Tiki bar at the attached Shuckers Restaurant was my favorite place to eat and enjoy the fun in the sun

Each year we try to add something new but we are running out of things to do. Guests sometime leave ideas in our guest book and that is helpful also.
