This place was great. you couldn't get any closer to the beach. If you like to lay in the sun, eat, drink and do a little shopping this place is for you. Great place to vacation can't wait to go back. Unit very clean and staff at the front desk of condo very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food I thought was very good. The restaurant staff not so friendly but that didn't stop me from going to the restaurant, Thanks for letting us rent your unit.

Our stay was excellent. The condo was clean and comfortable. The area felt very secure. The ocean view right out the large windows was great. We enjoyed a full week of beautiful weather. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and we appreciated the wifi service and cable TV.

We were in Florida for a baseball tournament. We had a great time. The condo is decorated so beautifully. We loved all of the Pelican pictures etc and the cabinet above the TV is the most awesome decoration I have ever seen. Wonderful location with easy access to things to do. The Ocean is fantastic and having the beach right out your door was great! We brought family from Germany here for a vacation and they loved it. Could not have asked for more.

We had a wonderful time here; beautiful weather, lovely condo and a great chance to relax and not be on a schedule. We felt so comfortable here. The view of the Atlantic is breathtaking. We saw the space shuttle take off Friday night and that was awesome. We are planning to come again soon!

Our stay at Island Beach resort was a delightful, relaxing experience. The owner obviously went the extra mile to make sure everything was done for our comfort. The kind of things most condos don't have. The kitchen was fully equipped and like brand new. What a great view of the beach and ocean. We have never been closer to the beach. The Tiki bar at the attached Shuckers Restaurant was my favorite place to eat and enjoy the fun in the sun

Owner response:It's nice to hear that guests recognize all the extras my condos have. My wife and I have stayed in both of them and tried to make them as user friendly as possible. Each year we try to add something new but we are running out of things to do. Guests sometime leave ideas in our guest book and that is helpful also. We do touch up each year to keep things looking brand new. We are glad you enjoy it. The Owners.....

We love this condo 307. A home a-way from home. Our family has been meeting at Island Beach Resort since 1993. This is the first year we have had the privilege of staying in this condo. We will be requesting 307 each year in the future. It's the best. What a great week.

WOW-What a wonderful place. We had only planned to stay a week but were delighted this condo was available for two weeks. The view, The sound of the Ocean, Sunset, Sun Rise and the rising of the moon is all delightful. Well its time to go--- Hope to be back for a month next year. George and Marine, Newington, Ct. Beautiful condo with plenty of room to relax. Very comfortable king size bed. Condo right on the beach, just 50-75 feet to the ocean.
