Get away from the cold!!!
If you are looking to get away for one week, two weeks or even a month, this is the place to stay! The condo is located on the west side of Goodyear, it is easy access from the I-10 or from any of the major turnoffs when you get to Goodyear. The condo is located on W.Van Buren Street and they are called "DEER RUN" condominiums! The Spring Training Baseball Facility is only minutes away and NASCAR is 10+ minutes!
The Phoenix area is easy to navigate around, which makes for comfortable and stress free travelling to get to all of your destinations!
This condo will sleep 2 - 6 people and has all the amenities! Pool, Volleyball, Basketball and more. Single car garage(one on the left)and lots of visitor parking.... it is Unit 23, first culdesac on the right when you drive in the front entrance of the condos!

Why the Owner Chose Goodyear
My first impression when visiting Goodyear, AZ was "WOW", it has everything from hiking, golfing, horseback riding, swimming, SHOPPING etc and is close to all professional sports and much, much more! The location that the condo is in makes it so easy to get ANYWHERE, it is brand new and has ALL the amenities! It is only 8 miles from the Phoenix International Raceway, 10 miles to Westgate @ Glendale, Estrella Mountain Park is 5 miles, the Phoenix Airport is 23 miles, the Spring Training Baseball Stadium is 2 minutes down the road and golfing is a stones throw away in EVERY direction. Pebble Creek Golf Resort is 2 miles, Cold Water Golf Club is 2 miles, Tuscany Falls Golf Course is 2 miles and that is just a few of the amazing golf courses in the Goodyear area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Other than being fully furnished, right down to the can opener these condos have an amazing pool, with inside benches, so you don't have to get out of the water on hot days, you can sit in there and relax. There is a sand volleyball court, basketball court and playground for those that have little ones. Right outside the condos are walking trails that go forever! When relaxing on the balcony you have a view of the pool, volleyball and basketball courts as well as the Estrella Mountains in the background, the sunsets at night are amazing from our condo. All you need to do is RELAX!

Travelling has always been my #1 interest!!! I have been in over 1/2 of the states, coast to coast in Canada and the US, Europe, Jamaica, Mexico and felt it was time now to have a vacation rental place of my own and Goodyear , Arizona was my #1 choice, it has everything and more!

Very clean! Was perfect location. Far enough away to keep it quite but close to everything at the same time. We would stay there again in a heart beat!

We spent two weeks at this wonderful condo in Sept/Oct 2011,with its beautiful grounds and swimming pool.We hope to return,sooner than later! Thank you for making our first trip to Arizona,a truly amazing adventure.

I stayed the month of March in this condo. It was close to a number of restraurants. It was especially near all the spring training sites in the West Valley. Owner was helpful in handling any situation that arose. I would stay there again and probably will. The condo was clean and the pool was just right. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Ann was wonderful to deal with. We enjoyed our stay and was surprised at the shopping and reasonable golf that was nearby. When you stay there you have to check out the Swap Meet at the mall, there are some unique finds there.

This condo really is as fabulous as it looks in the pictures!! The condo complex is beautiful and well maintained. The common areas...pool, volleyball etc. are clean and well maintained also. Plus,there is always someone friendly around to chat with. The condo is the perfect size, very clean, well stocked with supplies, has Internet , lots of TV stations and comfortable furniture and beds. This condo is in a wonderful location. The area is so new and clean. I jusI loved the area of Goodyear!! It is just a short drive into the busier cities where there is lots to do, but you can find everything you need so close to the condo!!!! It was such a nice quiet place to come home to after a day of site-seeing, hiking, golfing etc. I can't wait to go back and would definately reccomend this condo rental to everyone!

Had a very nice time in Goodyear. Quiet, out-of-the-way spot with very little traffic, yet close enough to shopping, restaurants and, if during spring training season, baseball facilities. Grounds were well-maintained. Nice view of the mountains on the horizon.
