This 3,700 sq./ft. split-level home, constructed in 2003, is the perfect spot for your Lake Marion vacation. Located on a quiet cove, this waterfront property is just moments from the "big water" on the lake's desirable south side in Eutawville, SC.
Large enough to sleep up to fourteen people comfortably, the floor plan includes four large bedrooms, two up and two down. The upstairs includes a master bedroom with a king size bed and a private bath with whirlpool tub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and easy access to second upstairs bathroom. Downstairs bedroom one also has a queen-size bed and bedroom two has two double beds. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room and one full bathroom downstairs as well.
There is also an extra queen sized bed downstairs in a small private area off the utility room.
The home is tastefully decorated and is fully furnished. The gourmet kitchen and large living area on the upper level open onto a spacious deck overlooking the cove. The large master bedroom offers a view of the lake and a door that opens onto the rear deck.
There is large back yard leading to a private dock where you can fish or park your boat. The house is within walking distance of the full service Lakeside Marina (formerly the Cypress Shores Marina). This facility offers a boat ramp, dockside fueling, bait & tackle shop and a restaurant.
Please no smoking or pets inside the house.
