Lovingly remodeled, waterfront home. Beautiful interior design and 75 ft wide terrace overlooking water. Very private and quiet. Often described are cozy and serene. Two docks for lounging, dining, and fishing (there are lotz of different kinds of fish in the canal). Close to dozens of beautiful golf courses. Only 5 minutes from Bonati Institute.
Residential neighborhood with all amenities including beach and restaurants within five minutes. Located on the Nature Coast for a whole different perspective on Florida but still close to the obvious attractions. See dolphins,otters and manatees off the dock and catch your dinner. Feed the ducks, visit the shrimp docks, eat at the beach, cocktail on the terrace or tee off at one of the beautiful local courses.
Bring a boat and tie up to your own dock. And, have lunch or cocktails on your own dock. Spectacular sunsets, great shopping, lots of restaurants, wonderful sightseeing that is different than the rest of Florida. Close to Tampa, Clearwater, and St. Petersburg amenities.
You will not want to leave... Considerate smokers (outdoors only) and well behaved pets welcome. Convenient transportation from the airport.

Darla, we loved your home. It is truly beautiful. I wish I could have your help transforming my house as you transformed this one (we saw the before and after pics). And, the candles!....made it truly magical in the evening. Thank you. We made the most of the stay and went boating (saw dolphins and stingrays) canoeing at Weeki Wachee (saw manatees) and hiking (saw wild turkeys and deer). The view is lovely, the house is gorgeous and we had a great time.

Darla, ,I was sure we would find your beautiful place in one of the issues of "Coastal Living" at the house. Bonnie, Rachel,Brittany (the dog) and I were thrilled with the location. Friday nite we enjoyed a sunset and Sam's and Rachel danced. Saturday we drove to see the manatees and enjoyed the state parks. Thank you...we left feeling relaxed and thankful for sharing your home away from home.
