The master bedroom features a Queen Size bed with side table & lamp. This bedroom also features a 26' color TV. All beds (master and guest) are outfitted with full linens and blankets. Enjoy the sights and sounds of the lake from the luxury of your bed.
The newly remodeled master bath features a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), large vanity and walk-in closet. These features make getting ready that much easier.
GUEST BEDROOM & BATH HIGHLIGHTS
Guest bedroom #1 (2nd floor) features a Queen Size bed with side table and lamp, and a twin size bed with side table. This room also includes a full length dresser with mirror and a full closet. Your guests will enjoy the relaxing sights and sounds of the lake from this lake front room.
Guest Bedroom #2 (2nd floor) features two Twin beds. This room includes one bedside table with lamp, one full-size dresser, and one full closet.
Guest Bedrooms 1 & 2 share a full bath with large vanity on the 2nd floor.
Guest Bedroom #3 (1st floor) features one Double bed with side table and a small closet.
Guest Bedroom #4 (1st floor) features Twin bunk-beds, one full-size dresser and a small closet.
Guest Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a newly remodeled, and sharply decorated bath featuring a full-size, stand up shower (glass enclosed), with lots of cabinet space for tucking your toiletries out of sight.

The kitchen also features a coffee maker with timer, toaster, blender, and garbage disposal.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS
The living room offers a Full-size futon sofa, which makes watching a DVD on the TV priceless family entertainment.

Located in the Heart of the Intercoastal Waterway, Indian River is a quaint, little town close to a lot of activity. Our home's proximity to I-75, and M-68 enables vacationers to visit or shop in quaint, beautiful harbor towns: Petoskey, Harbor Springs on Lake Michigan; Mackinaw City, Mackinaw Island, and Rogers City on Lake Huron---all within a 30 minute drive. For day boating trips, explore Michigan’s beautiful Inland Waterway which is comprised of four lakes and rivers- all flowing into Lake Huron via the Cheboygan River.
Indian River is conveniently located on I-75 at exit 310, with simple access to M-27, M-68 and nearby US-31, just minutes from anywhere in the 'Tip o' the Mitt'. You may contact the IR Chamber of Commerce for more information on how to plan your vacation, relocate here, and fulfill your shopping and dining desires, but most importantly, create lasting memories.

What a great place to stay! This property has all the amenities you need for a fabulous, relaxing lakefront vacation. The house is comfortable and spacious and the beautiful, sandy lake is perfect for wading, swimming and boating. I highly recommend this well-kept property!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
