Location: Other Cabo San Lucas Properties, Cabo San Lucas, Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur, Mexico (Punta Arena)
Accommodations: Villa, 3 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 3 Baths (Sleeps 6-8)
Beautiful hillside villa, with views of the ocean from every room. Located in the quality development of Punta Arena. With 24 hour security in a gated community. This home is located 1 mile from downtown Cabo San Lucas, conveniently located minutes from Costco, Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and other amenities.
This villa is decorated in a comfortable, contemporary style. With a 60 inch plasma TV, DVD, CD player ready for your Ipod to be docked to relax in front of after a log day in the sun. Or you can walk 10 quick steps to the beautiful swimming pool in the garden with BBQ and palapas for your enjoyment. 3 bedroom and 3 full bathrooms gives friends and families plenty of space to make a vacation the best it can be.
Air condition makes your stay comfortable, or when the cool ocean air is blowing in, simply the front glass doors and enjoy the breeze.
There are two master bedrooms up, with there own over sized bathrooms. Equipped with huge walk in showers, over sized closets and spa quality towels. One of the master rooms has it's own terrace and two chaise loungers for watching the Cabo San Lucas bay sun sets. Truly amazing!!! Both master bedrooms have king sized pillow top mattresses, all bedrooms have 500 count Egyptian cotton sheets and duvets. Main floor bedroom has a queen size canopy bed with pillow top mattress and a large closet. Flowers from the garden spill into the room when the window is opened. Full kitchen with everything you could need from stainless steel blender for margarita's to wine glasses to have a toast to the beautiful Cabo sunset. Oh what a life!!
Other reasons to go to Cabo San Lucas, are the beautiful Sea of Cortez beaches with powder sand or the smashing waves of the pacific side of the arch. World class golf courses. Great excursions, surfing, ATV tours, whale watching, world class deep sea fishing, great night life, unique shopping, I recommend the pirate ship cruise, fun for all ages and a great way to watch the sunset. Some of the Best 5 star dining is available. Dining among celebrities is common, as they also have been exposed to the Baja lifestyle and love it.
A short 25 minute drive away is the sleepy colonial town of San Jose a must see. A true glimpse of old Mexico. I recommend the Tropicana hotel for breakfast in the heart of San Jose, a truly amazing old hotel. Also Zippers on the beach for the best plate of ribs for dinner, dine outdoors on the beach while you watch the surfers new and old cut through the waves. Also some great souvenir shopping to be had from local pottery to beautifully weaved hammocks and a great variety of micro brewed tequila. Stop in and sample some truly unique flavors.
I strongly recommend to rent a car. For there is so much to see and do along the corridor, between San Jose and Cabo San Lucas. There are numerous American rental companies at the airport with good quality new vehicles. The airport is 35 min drive from Cabo (you drive through San Jose on the way to Cabo) The local Taxi's are not cheap and can eat up a vacation budget fast. For going downtown Cabo I recommend parking in the parkade at the mall on the marina, well lit, patrolled by security. You can walk through the impressive Mall with many high end shops, there's a large food court upstairs. Walking around the impressive marina, there is so much to see and do, and some amazing places to eat, drink, relax. You will have a hard time deciding on where to go.
The corridor between San Jose and Cabo is full of monster luxury resorts, golf courses, and beaches just waiting to be explored. There are so many beaches, you can find a private cove to relax at undisturbed for hours under the Warm Mexican sun.
