We didn't actually buy this home for the purpose of renting it, but have not been able to move here full time, so our delay in moving into the property as a primary residence will benefit those who choose to enjoy it. The neighborhood is spectacular, all of the conveniences are close at hand, and just plain and simply, it is one of the nicest places on this planet.
