Our home was custom built in 2007 to take advantage of the beautiful ocean views We recently added an inground pool {2011} overlooking the ocean and sunset,same incredible views and a large deck with outdoor dining and lounge chairs and umbrellas. You can sit in the pool and enjoy the sunset and ocean view. . It is perched on a hillside overlooking Tres Palmas and Maria's beach with spectacular views and nightly sunset's outlining Desecheo Island. In the winter months, you can watch the Humpback whales migrate up the coast from the comfort of your shaded veranda, house binoculars provided!
The master bedroom is oversized with a queen bed and French doors that open up for to sweeping ocean vistas. The second bedroom has a twin and a full. There is also a twin foldaway that can be added if needed. We have decorated the entire house with local tropical art, paintings and photos. The living room has a queen sized pull out sofa and also a loveseat with double recliners. The double French doors also open wide to give you a gorgeous unobstructed ocean view and tropical breezes. With over 1800 sq. ft of wrap around balconies, you can enjoy whale watching, beautiful sunsets, and of course views of all of Rincon’s world famous surf breaks from the comfort of numerous outdoor chairs,lounges and dining furniture.The house is centrally located and It is a short 5 min. walk to Maria's beach,Calypso restaurant and bar,Desecheo dive shop and 2 surf shops with board rentals. Bars and restaurants within a 5 min. drive include local seafood,Puerto Rican,sushi,burgers,BBQ,mexican and tapas.If you want a recommendation, just ask! For a night on the town, the casinos in Mayaguez and Aguadilla are an easy 1/2 hour drive.El Junque, the only rainforest in North America,is a great day trip, as is Old San Juan. If you like to play golf, an 18-hole golf course is located in Aguadilla, 40 minutes away. Imagine drinking your coffee while trying to decide which of the local breaks you want to surf. Or maybe you want to go for a mountain bike ride or a hike on the trails that are at literally at the end of our driveway. There is also stand-up paddle boarding,charter boat fishing, parasailing and snorkeling at famous Steps beach just a 3 min. drive away. The house is equipped with all the comforts of home including a 42 inch flat screen SAT T.V., Blue-Ray DVD player and library with a large selection of DVD's and paperbacks,BOSE stereo, and a state of the art treadmill that can be moved out to the covered veranda so you can exercise looking at the best ocean view in Rincon! Yoga mats, exercise ball and weights are included with rental and we will provide the latest schedule of classes at the local yoga studio, complete with easy to find directions. The outdoor furniture includes beautiful wrought iron dining tables,hammocks, numerous lounge chairs and tables. We have lovingly landscaped our property with dozens of native plants including palm trees, bougainvillea, papaya, avocado, banana and lime trees. The private driveway can easily accommodate several cars. Beach chairs, towels ,umbrellas and numerous coolers are included also included in your rental. We also have a seperate one bedroom apt. downstairs with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV,DVD, perfect for a couple or small family.Outdoor h/c shower. Thank you both for your generosity! You were so thoughtful and have created such a blissful sanctuary for those lucky enough to stay here. From the moment the sun rises, until the spectacular sunsets(loved the green flash) we were on an adventure to some beautiful beaches or wonderful restaurants or just luxuriating on the balcony, taking in the world class ocean view, listening to the waves or birds chirping! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Rincon - lounged by the beautiful pool, enjoyed sunsets on the spacious terrace, watched humpback whales off the coast, and cooked wonderful meals on the grill. The house was so great that we spent more time there than we did exploring the surrounding area (which is also fabulous!). Our gracious hosts could not have been kinder and more accommodating. They even shared some delicious fresh grouper that they caught fishing. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Thank you so much again!
