We just returned from 11 days in Rincon at this beautiful house. The house was everything that was promised in the description provided. The location was fantastic; we spent A LOT of time with the binoculars watching the surfers; the sunsets were fantastic; the breeze was constant ( in a good way); the roar from the ocean was heavenly to wake up to. A short car ride in either direction got us to a different beach, a different bar, a different restaurant. We snorkeled, we paddle-boarded, we swam, we walked. And we read a whole lot of books in the lazy morning hours (the stockpile of paperbacks at the house came in handy!). Somehow, even doing laundry was enjoyable at this house! This house is wonderfully maintained and so nicely decorated. It was very comfortable for us and our 4 teenage girls. The pool was a great place to relax, especially after a long afternoon of whatever it was that we did that day. The hammocks offered a nice escape for anyone finding themselves in too close company with the rest of us. The homeowners were wonderful to deal with, and I would surely recommend this house to anyone looking for a great Rincon getaway. Just not at the same time I want to go!

It is virtually impossible to have a bad time there, even if it rains, our renters are happy to have over 1800 square feet of outdoor living space, large covered verandas , so you are able to enjoy all, from your morning coffee to nightly sunsets ,without ever leaving the house, (especially watching the surfers and migrating humpbacks.)! Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation! What an awesome view! Loved watching the whales,surfers, dolphins etc..your house was very well stocked. We love to cook, so we were very pleased with your kitchen. Never used the t.v. Once, not with that view & nightly entertainment. We would love to stay here again someday... Thanks again!!!

Thank you both for your generosity! You were so thoughtful and have created such a blissful sanctuary for those lucky enough to stay here. From the moment the sun rises, until the spectacular sunsets(loved the green flash) we were on an adventure to some beautiful beaches or wonderful restaurants or just luxuriating on the balcony, taking in the world class ocean view, listening to the waves or birds chirping! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this home in Rincon - lounged by the beautiful pool, enjoyed sunsets on the spacious terrace, watched humpback whales off the coast, and cooked wonderful meals on the grill. The house was so great that we spent more time there than we did exploring the surrounding area (which is also fabulous!). Our gracious hosts could not have been kinder and more accommodating. They even shared some delicious fresh grouper that they caught fishing. We cannot recommend this rental highly enough. Thank you so much again!

Thank you for one of the best family vacations that we ever had! We had never been to PR and we all loved Rincon, especially your beautiful home. The entire time we were in PR, we had a contest to see if we could find a house as nice as yours and we couldn't find one that even came close! I can only imagine how much you guys enjoy your home since we felt like we were in paradise, and were only there a week.We loved every minute of our trip, but always looked forward to coming back to the house to relax and enjoy the views. What a fabulous place. The home is truly wonderful, with a view that is beyond description. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. We spent hours watching the surfers catching the perfect wave and the amazing sunsets. The owners were extremely accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process of booking, and made the trip thoroughly enjoyable. Rincon is a great place--very real, with plenty to do. We would definitely go back. Thank you for allowing us to share your gorgeous home!

This house is lovely and so are the owners! We spent nine nights in the downstairs apartment and loved it. The house is clean with new furniture, tiling, decor, etc. and was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and little touches such as placemats and wine glasses to use with dinner really made it feel like home while we were there. Plenty of ceiling fans to keep cool too. This house has a spectacular view and we took advantage by enjoying all of our meals on the private patio overlooking the ocean (and out to Desecheo Island). After spending some time in Rincon, we realized how great of a spot this really is; you can see several surf breaks from the porch and it's a short walk down the hill to Maria's beach-- it's also close to both Sandy Beach and Steps, the two other beaches where we spent most of our time. While certainly not a priority for us, there is satellite TV which ended up coming in handy to watch movies and NFL games on the one or two nights where we didn't stay outside. The owners, who I did not know before contacting them for this rental, are extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I wholeheartedly recommend renting this house!

We are counting the minutes till we make our next trip to your beautiful Paradise on the hill! OMG...Pinch me I must be dreaming fantastic!!! We honestly couldn't believe it. The pictures don't even do it justice...It is so much more. The beaches were gorgeous. The restaurants wonderful...People warm and friendly. You had every amenity you could think of. I am not sure what was more fantastic...waking up and watching the surf with a cup of coffee in hand, coming in from the beach and taking a little nap in the hammock, or watching the sunset from the porch with a cool one. You don't usually find places like this..did I mention sparkling clean? .This surpassed our expectations...It kind of makes you feel like " I must be dreaming." Honestly it was the most beautiful place we ever stayed. Water was delicious...breezes delightful...palms and flowers, blue sky and bluer ocean. This place is a treasure...a little jewel.
