Master bedroom has a king-sized bed with TV, large walk-in closet, and large bathroom, featuring dual sinks and walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and walk-in closet. Third bedroom has twin beds, TV, and walk-in closet.
Den is set up with TV and queen-sized deluxe sofa-sleeper.
The large open kitchen is fully equipped and offers walk-in pantry. Dinette seats four. Dining room seats eight. Large two car garage. Swimming pool, hot tub and grills are a short walk.
This gated community includes a 27-hole championship golf course designed by Mike Hill that is challenging for the best golfer and forgiving for the novice. The tennis center has six Har-Tru courts. The Mediterranean style club-house is the center for the pro-shop, formal and causal dining, bar and grille room, and full calendar of social events throughout the year. The River Club is a casual eatery with state-of-the-art fitness center at the River Club and complimentary use of kayaks and canoes enabling boating and wildlife viewing on the Estero River. Leasing tenants may elect to transfer the owners club membership to themselves in order to enjoy all the amenities provided.
Pelican Sound is one of a few resorts located on the West side of Hwy 41 with Gulf access; 20 minutes from the Fort Myers airport and halfway between Fort Myers and Naples. The development is peacefully insulated from the hubbub of Southwest Florida, but shopping centers, restaurants and beaches are located within minutes. Built around an estuary along the Estero River, residents can canoe, kayak or boat directly from the property to the Gulf of Mexico, or take the private pontoon cruise offered several times daily to Lover's Key State Park located on the Gulf. Wildlife is also abundant.
