Why the Owner Chose Cruz Bay
We purchased our condo because of all of the islands we visited, St. John was our favorite. The main reason we love this island is because 2/3 of the island is national park. Even though this island will become more populated, there will still be great beaches and scenery for a long time to come because of the protected areas in the National Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We purchased our unit because it is in Cruz Bay with a parking space. We usually rent a jeep and now always have a place to park in town. We love having dinner in town and shopping the local stores. We also can walk to our favorite beach, Salomon Beach.
