We are new owners transitioning this unit from local management to VRBO. We are posting our open calendar and have reduced our prices for the upcoming months! Take advantage of our introductory offer! Our professionally decorated unit is on the 14th floor in the upscale, luxury Avalon Tower--the newest tower at The Beach Club.

Our corner condo with wrap around balcony is very spacious--the largest 2 bedroom/2 bath floor plan at the resort. Access the balcony from either the living area or the master bedroom and and enjoy the incredible view! We know you will love it as much as we do!

The amenities at The Beach Club are first-class at this gated property. We originally were introduced to this resort through an on site professional conference and we quickly fell in love with it. Choose our upscale unit for your next "girl trip", marriage enrichment, relaxed family time or just a much needed vacation!

Guests may use beach, outdoor pool and hot tubs with condo rental. There is a daily resort fee of $20/condo if you choose to use the Club/Spa facilities. The Club features access to a state of the art fitness center, men's and women's lockers, saunas, steam rooms and a designated swimming pool area at the club house, including an indoor and outdoor pool, children's pool and whirlpool.

The Club also offers seasonal fitness and children's activities. A European health spa is also available with treatment and massage rooms (treatment fees available at the front desk).

No smoking, no pets, no renters under the age of 25.

  • My family; my wife Lola and two sons, Braxton (16) and Cole (10), just returned from seven relaxing days at the Beach Club. The condo was absolutely amazing; breakfast on the balcony overlooking the gulf and the dolphins playing just off shore, toes in the sand all day, then dinner on the bacony at sunset… WOW! Great food, great people, beautiful beach, pools, hot tubs, and other amenities for the entire family. The only negative thing we have to comment on; we had to return to reality. We are already planning our next trip!

  • I just got back from a wonderful trip with my wife and 2 year old son. This unit is great, and I don't feel that the pictures do a good job of showing how nice this unit is. The view from the balcony is wonderful. From the master bedroom with the sliding door cracked open you can hear the waves. The owner, April Weaver, was easy to work with and she answered all of my questions very quickly. Rent this unit and you won't be disappointed. Ben, Sherri, and Jack Baker
