Location: Duluth, Minnesota, USA (20 Miles North of Duluth Mn)

Accommodations:  Lake Cabin, 1 Bedroom + Loft, 1 Bath (Sleeps 2-9)

The cabin is an A-frame with walkout and a loft. It has been newly remodeled with all new flooring. It has a gradual decline to the lake approx. 20 degree slope. There is 275 ft of shoreline on 3 acre lot. It has a fire pit down next to the lake for those evenings by the fire. The dock is in for the boats, pontoons or jet skies. If you have a camper or RV there is room for that also. There is a screened in porch under the deck where you probably will spend most of your time in summer and a wood burning stove in the living room for those cold winter nights. It has a Boundry Waters veiw with beautiful sunsets and the sounds of the loons. Very private!!!

Year Purchased: 1996

I am a General Contractor who likes to hunt, fish, and snowmobile. This cabin is located back in the woods where it is as quiet as you can get without being in the boundry waters canoe only area.

Why the Owner Chose Duluth

I chose this cabin immediatly when I walked in and saw the veiw looking out at the lake. Its a boundry waters veiw, without being at the boundry waters.

    • My boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights in October. It was the cutest and coziest cabin--very clean and well-kept. I wish I could have stayed longer! The lake is absolutely beautiful and the view from the cabin is fantastic. I can't wait to stay here again and am already trying to get some friends together for a girls' weekend up at the cabin!

    • My friends and I stayed at this wonderful cabin for 3 nights, mid-September. We felt right at home and had everything we could have possibly needed. The cabin is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The lake is so beautiful and we spent most of our daytime exploring it, as well as the islands, by strolling around in the canoe and paddleboat. Nights were spent cooking in the kitchen, socializing out on the porch (awesome!) and relaxing down by the lakeside fire pit. Everyone had a blast and were so thankful for the invite. The fisherman in our group had great luck fishing and is planning another trip up to the lake very soon! A+ experience, and we will be back! Thank You!

    • This property met all of our expectations. We desired a serene location for our 3 night visit and we were delighted. Loved watching the sunsets from the dock. The facility was immaculate. Highly recommend.
