We are ideally located only 2.5 miles to Clam Pass beach, and 1.5 miles from waterside shops and other top shopping and dining. Great room with open eat in kitchen, like new appliance, two bedrooms and two baths plus a den which can be used as third bedroom. Whirlpool bath in master, walk in closets, 2 car garage. Autumn Woods is a gated community with guard, which features a protected nature preserve with walking paths throughout the community enabling you to enjoy nature at its best. This property is south of the Pelican Marsh area, not part of the Pelican Marsh development.

A winter stay in Naples, FL is a joy. Our stay at this house in Autumn Woods was perfection. This sun-filled home close to the beach overlooks a lovely lake filled with a variety of Florida's many beautiful water birds, a number of turtles as well as an opportunity to fish. Walking and biking paths, a gym and a delightful community center and pool area offer everything you could possibly want outdoors including an opportunity to make friends. But it is the home itself that provides the memorable stay. Thanks to the owners' excellent planning and choices, you'll find charming decor, extraordinary comfort and every amenity from beach chairs and beach towels to comfy indoor seating with lots of pillows, flat-screened tvs to WiFi, a screened lanai to dream on, and wonderfully comfortable beds with attractive bedding. The well designed cheerful kitchen contains all you need to create delicious meals. Absolutely nothing has been overlooked in this gracious home.
