This beautiful, white home proudly displays a wrap around porch on both the first and second floor. The porch is spacious and provides for family gatherings and fun while overlooking a spectacular view of the lake.
You'll be greeted at the front door by a spacious foyer that leads right into a hallway, straight into the dining and living room, and bordered on the left by a staircase. The hallway to the right branches into a bathroom with toilet and sink, kitchen area, and laundry closet (with both washer and dryer). The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and appliances including, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and stove. There is a small breakfast table (seats six) and bar in the kitchen in addition to the dining room on the left, which also seats six.
The dining room is open to the living room which comfortably seats eight people. It contains a warm, wood-burning fireplace, two televisions and stereo system. There are also multiple storage units in this area. The dining and living room area is illuminated by a wall of windows facing the lake. You can also enter the patio from this room, which is furnished with chairs, tables, and benches.
The first floor holds the master bedroom, with a queen bed, wardrobe, two closets, study desk, and master bathroom. The bathroom has both a shower and bath tub.
The stairs lead to the second floor which is dominated by bedrooms and a family room. The family room contains a kitchen area with refrigerator, sink, and bar (seats five). There is a dining table (seats six), a television, a corner couch, a chess table and chairs, and a card table (seats 4). Like the main room below, this family room is also surrounded by bright windows. You can enter the second story patio from the family room, where the view is spectacular!
The second floor also contains three bedrooms. Room one has a full bed and desk and connects to room two through a large bathroom with four sinks and a combination shower/bath. Room two has three full beds, one twin bed, and a vanity area. The final room has its own bathroom with toilet and shower and contains two full beds.
