Except for the wind, which we cannot control, our stay was wonderful. The view from our balconies was beautiful. It was a very quiet location with well appointed interiors. The downfall is not knowing where the grocery store was located, but we found it!

It sit right up to a 1/2 acre fish pond and you can see the ocean, about 100 yards away. We spent most of our time on our Lanai. All you need is a tootbrush & a change of clothes. It is like friends loaned you their place for a week.

We stayed here for our honeymoon. I had been to the Mauna Lani hotel before and new the property was beautiful, but this was by far the way to go vrs. staying in the hotel! Full kitchen, spacious living area, nice patio, short walk to all resort pools and beaches. Loved every minute of it. Will be back and wish we could have stayed longer!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We were given email instructions before arrival. We found the condo in good condition, however some of the closets were filled with the owners things. We had to move some of the things to another closet so we could hang our clothes. The Unit is in a good location and overlooks one of the fish ponds and has a partial view of the ocean. These condos are great because of the full kitchen and 2 bathrooms, we have stayed at the Terrace many times, but first time at this unit. The indoor and patio furniture is very basic and not very comfortable. The TV's were small and had no HD. The bed was very comfortable. The location is excellent and we enjoyed our stay. We think the unit is worth the money.
Owner response:Following this review the closets were cleaned out of any items not pertaining to the comfort of the guests. The lanai furnishings have also been replaced. KSVR
