Located in the award winning Power Ranch Community. It's the perfect location for a winter getaway. It's minutes from the San Tan Village, which offers world class shopping, and close to numerous golf courses. Power Ranch itself offers community pools, various sports courts and 26 miles of bike/walking trails. There is a new YMCA within the community.
This townhouse has an open great room plan and is beautifully furnished. The patio faces S/W, so it is always sunny and it's a great place to enjoy an evening cocktail while watching the sun set. The main floor features a well equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, pullouts in most lower cabinets and granite counters. A huge, very comfortable sectional sofa wraps around a 42' LCD TV with cable and a DVD player. There is a land line available for local calls, along with wireless high speed internet. The dining table comfortably seats 4. The breakfast counter seats 2. Also on this floor is a 2 piece washroom and the laundry room, which is adjacent to the two car garage.
Upstairs, all the beds have high thread count sheets. The master bedroom has a king size bed, and an ensuite with double sinks and a walk in shower. The master also has its own small TV/VCR combo, with cable and there is a small selection of videos available. The other two bedrooms share the main bath. One bedroom has two twin beds, the other has one queen size.

This townhouse is very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The photos are accurate in displaying the attention to detail. Decorations are simple and attractive. It was meticulously clean upon our arrival, with sufficient linens and towels. The master bedroom has a large armoire to hang clothes, with plenty of drawer space. The two nightstands also have three drawers each, giving plenty of space to store belongings. The full kitchen is amply supplied with kitchenware, including plastic storage containers. The owners are very friendly, honest, dependable, and available. They kindly include amenities, such as laundry soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. The owners take excellent care of their property. All appliances are in good working order. The shower is spacious and feels like you are standing in the mountains on a river bed. The shower pressure is good and the master bathroom is well lit. Wireless internet is available and the television can be seen anywhere in the general living area. The front porch is comfortable with cushy chairs. It is wonderful to sit out there and enjoy the afternoon sun. With the southern exposure, the living area has bright light throughout the day. The location of the townhouse is excellent. This area has plenty of grocery stores, retail shopping, restaurants, a Costco or Sam's Club, and our personal favorite, Sprouts (a natural food and produce store). In 15 minutes we could drive to the San Tan State Park and walk several trails. The Usery State Park is straight down Power Rd. to Mesa. There we endured the more challenging hike up to the Wind Tunnel Cave. There are a number of churches in this area, as well. We loved this place so much we have made arrangements to return again next year.

About the owner: We live in Vancouver, BC. While I enjoy gardening and landscaping at home, it's nice to take a break from it and just lay around one of the several pools available. Buying a townhouse made that possible. I also enjoy interior decorating and I had alot of fun picking out furniture for the townhouse. The next thing I would like to do down there is add some colour to the walls. While it is painted a lovely shade of caramel, I'm not really a paint the entire house one colour kind of person. I will do a feature wall in the living room and personalize the bedrooms and baths.
Why the Owner Chose Gilbert:
We bought this year old, never lived in townhouse in 2008. We were pleased with the purchase as it had upgrades such as tile flooring all through the main floor and additonal cabinets in the laundry room. We have done more upgrades since we purchased. We love the fact that it is a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix-Mesa Airport, which Allegiant Airlines flies out of. Even though we are that close to the airport, we are not on a flight path, so we miss the noise that usually goes with that convenience.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
My husband enjoys all the golf courses that are nearby and I like to go shopping .The San Tan Village is one of the bigger malls in the area and it's a 5 minute drive away. If mega malls aren't your thing, there are several areas in the east valley that are dedicated to boutique type shops. While the kitchen is very nicely designed and well equipped for cooking, it is good to know that there are a variety of restaurants close by to choose from.

A very beautiful, nicely furnished and comfortable townhouse in Power Ranch.
The patio is in full sun all day long. It is a great place to watch the sun set.
The kitchen is very well equipped. Most staples and condiments are provided.
Enjoy the cook's kitchen with several pots, pans, utensils and small appliances.

The laundry room. Detergent, bleach and dryer sheets are provided.
In the master bedroom, there is a very comfortable king size bed.
Ensuite has 2 sinks, comfort height cabinets and a seperate area toilet & shower
The 2nd bedroom has 2 comfortable, full length single beds. Suitable for adults.
The 3rd bedroom also has a very comfortable bed that is queen size.
The main bathroom is right beside the third bedroom and has a tub/shower combo.
This pool is a 2 minute walk from the townhouse. All pools have a coal BBQ area.
Well set back from the street. It feels more like a house, private and spacious.
