There is a on site pool with plenty of fishing and water recreation close by. There are three TV's, full kitchen, gas grill, parking and a single car garage. Golf, mini-golf, movies, shopping and restaurants also nearby. HEB Plus and movie theater just over the bridge, off the island.
Only 20 minutes from downtown Corpus Christi, which boasts the Texas State Aquarium, the Lexington and additional bay front shopping and restaurants. It is 20 minutes from the Corpus Christi airport. Historic Port Aransas is only 15 minutes down the beach/road, which boasts additional shopping, activities and restaurants.

Year Purchased: 2004
We are from the San Antonio area, have one young child and are small business owners. We love our home at the Texas coast and have spent lots of time there in the past five years. With work keeping us at home more often now, we want to share our beach home with others.
Why the Owner Chose Corpus Christi
We wanted a family getaway, we love the beach and have a bay boat and love to fish. North Padre is only a 2.5 hour drive from San Antonio. It is a beautiful place where you can drive on the beach and the people are very friendly. There are also a large variety of affordable things to do.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
Benefits of renting our townhouse is that you have all the conveniences of home. There is a full kitchen and outdoor gas grill, so you can cook for the family and/or friends if you want to. We also have a washer and dryer and linens are provided.
