What a wonderful surprise the cabin owners had for us when we arrived this past Christmas on 12/23/2011. The cabin was decorated for Christmas with a full blown decorated tree and stockings hung on the chimney with care! They really go the extra mile to make sure your stay is the best. The cabin was clean and well kept. There is room for only one improvement.... the master bed is a bit on the used side with grooves where you have to lay and a hump/mound of mattress in the middle. This bed has seen its better day. Other than that the furniture is comfy and the cabin had everything.

Sheila, we had the best stay at your cabin. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone who is staying in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The gated community made it feel safer. The cabin was gorgeous inside and out. Sheila goes above and beyond for any of her guests. Everything you could think of was there in the cabin for your convience. It was a home away from home. This is one of the nicest cabins I've stayed in, very quiet and very comfortable! The cabin lacked nothing! Some of things I really appriciated was filtered water and ice, plastic plates and cups (for the kids so they didnt break any of the glass!) Plenty of soft towels and soft wash cloths, VERY clean, and very comfortable furniture and beds. This is the kind of cabin you go to and you just want to stay there, pool table and plenty of games provided.. don't forget about the hot tub, we probably got in it at least 3 times a day! Thank you Sheila for letting us stay in your cabin, we will definitely be returning!

Sheila, Thank You so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin. We had a really nice time. The cabin is beautiful, very clean and well equipped. We loved the community and the pool and putt-putt, and hot tub. We really enjoyed watching out for the furry visitor (The Bear) we had every night. That really added alot of excitement to our stay. Thank you so much and we certainly hope to stay with you again!!! *I would suggest to bring a very thick comforter or sleeping bag for the pull out sofa for anyone sleeping on them.

A Great Vacation

This was our first trip to Pigeon Forge and the cabin was everything and more. It's immaculate and the necessities have been provided for you. I brought four teenage girls with me and they loved sleeping upstairs in the loft and going to the pool and the Titanic Museum was something they'll never forget. I loved sitting out on the swing and reading a book during the day and relaxing in the mosquito free night listening to the quiet. We would love to come back next year. One more thing and this is very important. Follow Sheila's directions and use the correct entrance while we had a nice tour of the resort it took us a bit to stumble upon the correct road! Thank you Sheila for a great vacation. =)

This cabin was everything she showed and more! The views and the quiet setting made this vacation one of the most relaxing in years for all of us. My husband and I had the pleasure of renting this cabin to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary. Over the years we have stayed at various locations in and around the Gatlinburg area. We agreed that this cabin is among the best we have ever visited. The location is off the beaten path, enough to feel secluded, yet just a short drive to all the attractions and eateries that the city has to offer. The interior of the cabin is well equipted with new appliances and lovely decor. We appreciated the particular location of this cabin because of the view from the back porch. The feeling of being among the trees and having a mountian top in the background added to the feel of a real mountain getaway. The accomodations were cozy and comfortable and we were just happy to stay in the cabin enjoying the peace and quiet. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to experience a high quality property in a beautiful location. Shiela was so polite and easy to deal with, not to mention very fair in her pricing. We feel like we got a great deal and look forward to returning!

The cabin was very comfortable and clean. The description from Sheila is completly accurate. Sheila couldnt have been more helpfull with booking,details and even after we left, looking for a lost item. There are so many things to do in the area that you wont run out things to do. We were lucky enough to get snow while we were there, and the blaring quiet from the back deck during snow storms was breathtaking.

Adorable Country Charm

My husband and I stayed here 10/31/10 - 11/2/10. It was just perfect. The words used to describe this home do not give it justice. The cabin itself is just adorable and furnished very tastefully. The King bed is extremely comfortable and the warmth and charm of the fireplaceswere an added plus to the cabin . The views from the back porch were incredibly warm.. filled with red, gold & orange hues. Coming from Florida we totaly loved the hot tub on the extra chilly nights. My husband and I played miniature golf each day of our stay. It was very enjoyable during the incredible Smokey Mountain afternoons. Although we did not meet Sheila in person everytime we spoke she was extremely pleasant & polite. We will definitely come back again! Thank you so much Sheila! Sheila, We have really enjoyed our stay. From the initial phone call through the end of our stay, you have been kind and SO easy to work with. A few years ago, we stayed at another cabin. We like yours better! While we never got around to the pool and mini golf; those are great extras! Hot tub was great after a day of walking at Dollywood. I looked through a ton of cabins. Your place cannot be beat! No cleaning fee was wonderful! We could stay longer because the price was less! It was a great getaway from our demanding jobs and an almost 3 and 1 year olds. We will be back!

Sheila, we had a great time and a "Wild Adventure" for our 29th anniversary. The cabin is well maintained and very clean. Bear Creek Crossing was a nice quiet resort this time of year and all the facilities were in good working order. We had some friends who live in the area over for dinner and they loved the cabin ( They have seen a lot of them.) We toured, loafed, cooked and walked. Had a peaceful happy time. Thanks!

This was our first stay as newlyweds in a cabin in the mountains. We got married on the 10th and this was my husband's first time in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. My husband was scheduled to attend the Fire Chief's Convention and was thinking of extending the weekend and bringing me along. He was shopping online to see if a cabin would be affordable, and he was getting very discouraged until he came upon "Wild Adventures". It was affordable and suited our needs perfectly - beautiful view, convenient location with privacy, pool table and hot tub! We were thrilled since this was a MUCH NEEDED vacation. We haven't had a trip to ourselves since our honeymoon in Gatlinburg almost 6 years ago. Now, we both feel rested, relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you, Sheila!!!
